We didn’t eat breakfast. Not big breakfast eaters and felt $30 a person was high!

As an older couple with deteriorating eyesight, we found the rooms very dark in the evenings. When we first arrived we turned the tv on , but couldn’t change sound or channels. After several calls to the desk, the problem was corrected. Not enough towels and had to ask for more!

Loved the ease of checking in, getting a bellhop and valet parking. The bed was great, the pillows piled high and comfy, and we got a great night's sleep.

We booked to include breakfast. We received two coupons for the breakfast to be served at the hotel restaurant. We got to the restaurant expecting a breakfast buffet only to find that because there were so few guests, they chose not to put one up and we were limited to one choice on the menu instead. It was the waiter's first day on the job and it showed. It was not up to the Hilton standard in my book and I doubt I will risk it again. My breakfast is what sets me up for my day and that was not a good beginning.

Staff was great. check-in was seamless and property amenities exceeded expectations.

Room service was advertised for certain hours according to Hilton TV but were not available when needed. Room service was closed during hours stated open

Greeted by valet (Luke) who was gracious and happy to see us. All valets were great. Front desk was always prompt, professional, and helpful. Our room location was fantastic, quiet, peaceful, relaxing!

Bath sink drained slowly, but overall great stay.

My wife and I celebrated our 11 year anniversary by staying at Hilton Branson Convention. The bed was decorated with sculpted towels and rose pedals. 1211 was the room we stayed in and was absolutely perfect.

I called ahead to have chocolate cover strawberries and Champaign waiting for my wife when we walked in. It was not there I had to call to have it delivered. We were looking forward to spending time in the outdoor pool, but it was closed.

the location to the landing is perfect, just a short walk through the lobby doors and you’re right there-food, shopping, and entertainment! we went for New Year’s Eve and it was perfect walking distance from the bar.

Didn’t have any meals at the motel, just coffee. The front desk leadership staff were awesome, Stacy Connolly was the best. She made sure all of our needs were meet and assured us to honor our reservation.. She had folks at the front desk check in on us and followed up on our request.. she is the best!!!!!!!

The room cleanliness behind the night stand lots of dust and trash left behind. Tub did not drain very good, very slow…

great location, clean and comfortable!

The shower head was too high for me, I’m 5’4”. it was hard to rinse my hair because the stream was too spread out by the time it got to me. but, it was good for my 6’ husband. The way the shower faucet is located, you have to step inside the shower to turn it on and you get hit with cold water, then it took quite awhile to get hot. The shower is poorly designed.

Everything was convenient. Best location!

All of the bed pillows were flat. All of the bedding could’ve been a little higher quality. But the pillows were the worst.

Room was clean , quiet , nice

Tyler and Jeff at the front desk are horrible people and do not need to work there . Everyone else that we met that worked there was very nice and professional
