Location was great and the front desk staff and concierge was super friendly. Bartender was super friendly and made great margaritas!! Breakfast buffet was great and fried pickles from the restaurant were good

Overall facilities seemed old and dated. The bathroom was exceptionally small compared to the size of the room. The door barely cleared the front of the toilet so you had to stand off to the side in order to close it before sitting down. And there was no exhaust fan. The only way to shower was with the door closed because of size and with no exhaust fan it got super steamy/humid inside. Hallway carpets just plain looked old and outdated.

THE STAFF was amazing they are really great, I love how they book reservation for attractions you do nothing huge relief made everything easy and smooth for us. The housekeeping was great and kind as well, Front desk staff was great I actually had a issue with my bank but they took care of what they needed on their end quickly. The hotel was in a great location everything was close by. The hotel has a restaurant, bar and Starbucks. Pool has jacuzzi, a indoor pool area for the smaller kids as well as a outdoor pool area for both small and older kids. I enjoyed my stay this is my forever hotel

The location was great! It was off the main strip, so easy to get in and out of but close enough to walk to things if you wanted to. The breakfast was great. There was an option for our room with breakfast included for only $22 more and was definitely worth it. No housekeeping services-you called front desk for towels and garbage removal and they answered them very promptly. I really don’t like housekeeping letting theirselves into our room without us there anyways, so this service was a positive for me.

Can’t really think of anything I didn’t like except maybe the bathrooms were a little small. But it was nice and updated and clean.

I liked that the staff was super friendly, they really know how to treat people while staying at the hotel. I especially liked the concierge Rhonda, she helped us save so much money on concerts, the museums, even the aquarium. Our check in person I think his name was Chris. Totally made check in super easy. I liked that! It also helped that everything me and my family wanted to do was near the hotel. And I mean literally near it too. You can see what I mean on the photo in the review especially for the aquarium being right outside the window.

Absolutely nothing!

The hotel was beautiful. It was clean and modern. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The convenience of the restaurant was an added bonus. The breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing, in that there was not an offer of toast or bagels or fresh fruits, but overall it was tasty. Despite how busy the staff were, they were kind, patient and friendly. We will definitely return.

This was a spur of the moment get away. We decided that morning to head to Brandon. I booked our room as we were traveling from Indiana. I requested an accessible room, as I’m an amputee. Upon arrival, I was told that there were no accessible rooms available. Being an amputee, bathing is very complicated without seating or hand held shower heads. They were unable to provide anything to assist with my bathing, and it was certainly difficult and dangerous. I would suggest that there would be shower benches available, as well as some hand held shower sprays. Had either of those been added as an option, our stay would have been much better.

Loved the place. Location was great. Bed was beyond exceptional.

The only issue that we had was on Sunday morning, check out...my husband went down to get a luggage cart so we could load up and check out and there were none. Not surprising, but what was surprising was the front desk lady told my husband that there only 12 carts for the whole place. Sadly, we never got a cart and had to carry our stuff down. Elevators were extremely slow as only 2 were working. Under normal circumstances I would not say anything but now that my husband is on dialysis that we do at home we have to bring his machine and supplies with us when we travel. Probably won't be staying somewhere so busy next time.

Really impressed by this property! We booked it as a little weekend getaway and it was RIGHT in the middle of things to do, so great location. Facilities were clean, staff was friendly! We didn't take advantage of anything besides the bed, we were exhausted. Rooms were pretty quiet, even though we had an adjoining room beside us (not ours, but even the doors were pretty solid). Husband checked out prices for things and said they're pretty good, definitely a "destination hotel" (you get the most out of it if you're staying long term, not just stopping long term).

The parking lot can be difficult to navigate (husband parked, said it was huge and took a while to get back to the car), also said they only have one accessible entrance. The bathroom is really tiny and cramped, for our small family it was okay enough but for a bigger one that might be an issue.

The staff was very nice and helpful , was given clean towels and hygiene products in abundance when I asked so that we didn’t have to bother by getting more or bothered with room service when we wanted to be left alone or out of the room . Check in was very fast and easy as well as checkout even though everyone was leaving at the same time and it was crazy , the front desk kept calm and moved quickly . The hot tub and pool area was very nice , my son really enjoyed the half outdoor / indoor pool and had fun swimming under the divider several times . . Our rooms were exceptionally clean and our blankets were nice and clean smelling , this is a huge thing for me because I am usually grossed out by hotels bedding and I usually bring my own to use but I didn’t need to this time , which was very nice and very comfortable . ..

I wish they provided a complimentary breakfast and their restaurants a little expensive , we decided to eat out instead of eating at the hotel. Also I decided to work out while doing laundry and some of the equipment was broken and needed to be repaired and the remote to the tv wasn’t working . Overall I really did enjoy our stay though and would stay there again .

We’ve been coming there since it was Radisson about 14 years now, a few times a year. Love the location, the amenities, room options and bar.

It’s in need of some updating in the rooms, we stayed in a suite on the 9th floor like we do every other time we come there and it just seemed rough like it needed some tlc. No alarm clock/clock/radio, dingy jacuzzi, broken knob in jacuzzi that kept falling off, broken knob holding the close up bathroom mirror, and so on. I hope they get the rooms updated like everything else seems to be going, so that we continue to come there.

I really was in shock with this hotel. We first had made reservations at another hotel but that fell threw. So we checked out this one. They even let us look at the room before committing to the reservation. Extremely nice rooms. Air Conditioner was above expectations. The price was amazing for how nice of a hotel it was. Pool was relaxing. Got tub was even better. They do have 2 bars downstairs we didn't go to those but I'm sure they would have been worth it. 10/10 recommend staying here.

I have no complaints at all over this hotel.
