Good location. The room was clean. The young lady who did the breakfast was friendly. Overall good hotel for the price.

The parking lot needs attention. The bed and pillows were hard. The bed needed replacing, was starting to dip in areas. The receipt of my estimate total was higher than what I booked, even though the clerk said it would change, I am waiting for my credit card statement to find out. Any other hotel I have stayed in has also shown the same amount from my booking site.

The value for where we were on the strip was AMAZING! We could see the water show at the aquarium from our window!

We had to pull the bed out to find another plug in… and there was som stuff behind the bed.. so maybe a little more through in the cleaning but the room overall was clean and fresh

Very convenient location right on the strip across from aquarium. Beds were clean and comfy. Bathroom and tub were also very clean and plenty of towels provided. The staff was pleasant and attentive.

The carpet could use a cleaning, I just expect thats the case mostly at hotels because of all the traffic. There was no chain or security lock on the door, only the regular door lock, I felt safe at this location but sometimes a extra lock just helps you rest better.

The hot eggs and sausage for breakfast were a welcome treat. The location of this hotel was ideal, right in the middle of the strip. Also, the beds were very comfortable.

The only thing I didn't like is that they're STILL operating under some covid protocols, even though ALL covid restrictions have already been lifted nationwide. They aren't currently cleaning rooms during your stay, only between guests. Also, you cannot choose your own breakfast items, they have a breakfast-room attendant serve up your breakfast items for you.

I had a suite, first time, and there was plenty of room. It was clean, but some guests do not seem to know that a hotel is basically a sleeping place. I do not know how to fix that. The towels are not changed daily, which was always a waste. I used only one or two the whole time, and there was no need to any particular servicing of the room.

There is nothing to say here. Everything was as expected, except the room was bigger than expected.

Excellent high shower head with great water pressure with plenty of hot water. Very comfortable. Excellent location.

Problem with TV but they came to fix it quickly. Pool was closed but they have parts on order to fix it. Issues reported to management who was very receptive to feed back and truly acted like they wanted things to be better.

Jacuzzi tub with very hot water. Super soft sheets & a comfortable bed. Good breakfast.

The pool was being repaired the week we were there. We had to walk to a different building for breakfast because the breakfast room wasn't ready yet. We ended up enjoying the walk, so it wasn't too bad.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We had reserved two rooms and the refrigerator did not work in one and while we were out they had it replaced and cold by the time we got back! We were also late getting to breakfast, but the lady was very nice and made sure we all had plenty of hot food to eat!

I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room. We had everything that was needed. But your beds were unbelievable. My son and I did not want to get up. I have never slept in a hotel were the bed mattresses were so comfortable. Thank you so much.Breakfast was awesome. There was plenty of everything..

A outside door at night was not working properly and would not lock. Anyone could of come in. They had a vending room down and needing repair. Made the area look trashy.

Good size clean rooms, location is awesome, right in the middle of everything. Free breakfast. The employees are exceptionally nice, especially the 2 ladies from Jamaica (great employees). A/C in my room was freezer cold....thank you because it was in the 90s outside.

Covid causing issues, be aware for now they are short staffed. You will have to ask housekeeping to come to your room. Nothing bad with facilities. Again Covid is causing issues. The only thing I found lacking was the beds are seeing their age and are getting a bit uncomfortable.
