The room was super duper clean and spacious. The kitchen was well functional and stocked good and I loved how it was central heat and air. We loved the balcony and it kept out bugs while we sat outside. The tv was nice had lots of channels. We loved the outdoor facilities and especially the hot tub at night. The pools were very cold though but it was all fine. They had a movie night and served popcorn for a dollar which was very neat. The dryer in the room came in real handy after the hot tub.

We enjoyed the tv but it didn't have any channels for children which is fine we made it work. The bed was a little too hard for my taste but the sheets were very comfy. The room was nice it was a ground level, although I didn't like that there was someone above us, they woke up super early like 5 A.M. early and you could hear them just walking around which was annoying for someone who likes to sleep longer then that.

It was very clean and well kept. The pool had later hours so we could run around during the day and relax in the pool and hot tub before bed. The staff was very friendly. Check in and check out was very easy.

The springs in the mattress kept poking me all night long. An alarm went off in our room at 2:30 am. I called the front desk but no one was there. I had to go through a bunch of prompts to try to get to anyone and was just told by the automated system it was outside of regular business hours and to leave a message. The alarm finally went off after 10 minutes and we were able to go back to bed.

Love the location. One-bedroom with full kitchen and laundry is very comfortable for the two of us for longer stays.

We stayed two weeks and had to ask for extra necessities such as toilet tissue. Their policy is not to clean rooms with extended stays until you leave, so we had to request and were reluctantly given clean towels for the second week. I expected better for the price we paid. Internet connections are sporadic in the rooms.

First I was hesitant due the fact it was such a great deal for 4 days 3nts but once we arrived out the storm, it was a smooth check in and our room was so clean which is a must for me. My kids loved the room and stated it felt like home. I felt it was a winner after that statement. There is plenty of room in the 1 bedroom suite for a family of 4 with one being an active toddler. We had a first floor, which was a plus for us carrying bags and a toddler. Great option with indoors or outdoor pool. And we literally was by everythin, including Walmart & Pricechopper 4 mins away. Als, if you are a coffee drinker like me, the seven brew next to Walmart amazing. Great Trip For Family. We will be back.

The only downside was it was first floor by the woods so we kept running into spiders, but my husband fixed that by running to grab bug spray and there you have it....fixed

Room to spread out. This was a 'girls' weekend' for me & my 17 year old granddaughter. We had all the comforts of home. We also had enough space for us to each have some privacy if either of us wanted some 'quiet time'. I love the private balcony for my morning coffee time.

Zero sound absorbing between rooms. We could hear everything our neighbors said as clearly as if they were in our room. Our neighbors were not excessively loud. They seemed to be speaking in normal volumes. The walls are just that thin with no insulation or absorbing material.

I don't know if you have enough room for what I liked about Palace View!!! I am 65 years old, I have stayed all over the country for both pleasure and business. I have stayed in some of the finest convention centers in Dallas Texas. However, I have never stayed in a place that was as nice, as clean, and provided good service as well as unusually good services! Three swimming pools, the kiddie pool, one pool being heated, a hot tub, a ping pong table that was not tore up but was in good condition, activities available, people there to help you plan your trips in Branson, the grounds were immaculate, the rooms were the cleanest I've ever stayed in, the smell was fresh and not stale lingering smoke smell that you find even in non-smoking rooms. The staff was quick to help and very kind and the price was excellent. I loved the gated safety feature! Parking was adequate and convenient. I've never seen a kitchen that was supplied as thoughtfully as that one! The whole Spirit of the place was as if you were in a peaceful getaway rather than in the heart of a tourist district! As you can tell, if I get another chance to stay in Branson, Palace View will be my very first choice!!! Loved it and so did everyone in my family even my five-year-old grandson!

I really loved the feel of the hotel. It feels like you're staying in your own apartment furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and it just feels like you're very much at home! And we are a family of 6, and there was still room to spare. I love how the location feels a little more secluded and away from the busy section of the main town. The staff are great!

There was not a thing that I did not like. The hotel more than exceeded my expectations. My family loved it, and we hope to be back again soon. Anytime we are in Branson, we will stay at this amazing hotel.

We were not told anything about breakfast. Only disappointment was some of the normal free things I’m used to, you had to purchase after the initial provided item. Main one being laundry detergent. So you get one and have to wash your own towels or pay $12 for a replacement set of towels. It’s $1 for additional detergent but it is charged to your room you can’t just go buy it. Thank goodness you can get additional toilet paper.

You had you purchase items which are normally free at a resort.

The resort had a fantastic location with multiple routes to get to the strip and to the rest of the area. The apartment/condo was beautiful and well maintained. The pool was perfect and the hot tub was a nice way to relax. The screened in porch was nice to enjoy the weather.

There were a few issues that needed attention. I will address those with the property. I was a little sad there wasn't an elevator for our second story accommodation.

Kitchen was well equipped. Having laundry in the room was fantastic. Bathtub was great but we kept running out of hot water between showers and laundry. Kids complained that pull out bed was not comfortable. King size bed was ok comfort-wise. Parking was always available near our condo. Pools were nice. We used the free grill, which was handy. Overall, great amenities for the price.

Kids complained that the pull out bed was not comfortable. Cleanliness was just ok. King size bed was just ok. We seemed to keep running out of hot water.
