Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Spacious facility. Outdoor activities such as pool and mini golf included. Kitchen has serving for 6 of everything. Quiet hotel and surrounding area. One AC wasn’t cooling sufficient (3 in the apartment) and it was late when I called, it was fixed when we got back from our float trip the next day. Telling you this because things happen but it’s how the resort deals with them they matters. They handled it in a very timely manner. When we arrived it was 2 hours before check in and we had stuff in the back of the truck to unload so there wasn’t much to do since we didn’t want to leave the items unsecured. I called to see if we could check in early and they let me know my room wasn’t ready yet but to call back in 30-45 minutes. We just stopped back in an hour and they let us check in early. I cannot recommend this resort more, especially for families. If we would have had to book 2 regular hotel rooms we could. It have spent the time together that this resort afforded.

Love love love the family suite style rooms for our family of 7. Great value and family friendly activities for the whole family available for no additional charge which is nice with a large family. Pool area was updated and great for kids as well.

Check out time is to early and too strict for a family of 7. Trying to rush everyone out the door especially on vacation by 10 AM is a bit stressful and kind of rubbed the wife the wrong way considering what we pay for not even a full 24 hours of being able to be in a space you pay for seems a bit excessive.

We loved the amount of room we had and the fact that the "master bedroom" was completely separate from the other room. I also love the washer and dryer in the room. It makes coming home so much easier!

There are only 3 complaints: 1. You need curtains in the rooms. I complained of this in our last stay. As soon as the sun comes up you are unable to sleep due to the sunlight. 2. Our bed, this stay, was very uncomfortable. It was very hard! 3. Building 1 needs elevators. We were in a 2 bedroom condo/suite and carrying luggage up 3 flights of stairs was tough.

The mattresses need replacing bad. I read reviews and thought it was an exaggeration but it wasn't. They sink in the middle and are very uncomfortable. The place would be much improved with that change.

Just of the main strip but only a few min away from everything. I could put my husband and 4 teens comfortably everywhere. It had a full size fridge and mini kitchen with everything you needed, including dishwasher , stove, and any utensil you needing for cooking or eating.

The dryer didn’t work. It was ok because we only stayed one weekend and didn’t need it. I just tried to wash my towels. It would squeak and heat up but wouldn’t rotate the clothes. I let the staff know .

The room was clean, exceptionally quiet and very large. I travel extensively for work and as such stay in many hotels and many of them are suites. I've had kitchenettes in many of them for extended stays but this was hands down the nicest of them. We didn't use the kitchen as it was a one night stay but having a full stove/oven and dishwasher was a surprise! The best feature though was the washer and dryer in the room. What a time saver. Thanks for the hospitality.

Some may not like that it's not "on the strip" but it's a minute drive away and it makes it so much quieter. Other than that nothing

The location was great and the room was just the right size for the family, the only thing was the house keeper that came up the stairs while we were leaving then we ran back to the room to make sure we didn't forget anything she was really rude to my husband saying the room was nasty and blah blah, and it was not we took our all the trash and put all the dishes in the dishwasher the floor was a bit dirty and we left the dirty towels in the bathroom other than that it was great, but she didn't have to be rude like that.

Other than the lady that was rude when we were leaving i don't think there was any other problems.

The best and most important thing for us was having a kitchen to prepare our own food. Having one child with a gluten allergy and one with a lactose allergy it was very important that we be able to make our own food. Having our own kitchen was a life save! Being able to provide food for the kids that we knew were going to meet their needs was extremely comforting for all. We did not have to be that family that makes a restaurant kitchen cringe.

The only complaint I can think of was that the pullout mattress was a little too hard for my liking. The couch itself was much more comfortable for sleeping.

The location was excellent. The staff had to close the pool and activities due to weather but were very respectful about it and notified us when they were able to reopen. We will definitely be staying here again.

The only thing that was an inconvenience was to have to walk up to the main building to rent equipment for the activities, but it was understandable.

So much space! Felt like an Airbnb but was cheaper and more convenient.

Would have liked for there to be curtains on the windows because it did get a little bright in the room.
