Comfortable room, clean

No cups in the room, Person in the floor above didn't settle down for the night until after midnight. Kept walking around, dropping things. Need more insulation. When I went to get something from the "complete" breakfast as advertised - Got a half cup of coffee - empty, A few chocolate muffins the rest was just granola bars. Disappointed.

Quiet, pets allowed, comfortable bed. AC worked very well. Staff was amazing.

A guy was constantly speeding in and out of parking lot with no consideration for pedestrians and dogs. I made a complaint at front desk. The issue was promptly resolved.

Close to highway, easy to find. Beds are comfortable and rooms were clean

No one at the front desk after 7pm which is early still but I got what I needed the next morning.

It was clean and roomy. I loved having a kitchenette

Even though our room was smoke-free, the cigarette smell was noticeable when I went to sleep. Must be furniture from when smoking was allowed or guests disregard the no smoking in room agreement. This however will not prevent us from using ESA again. I plan to just drop a few drops of lavender essential oil on a cotton ball and put near my pillow. Wala!

Clean, friendly staff, amenities, good location

Had to pay a higher rate for the week because I paid daily 8nstead of weekly even though I was there for over a week

Full working kitchen with stove and fridge and microwave and can borrow dishes from the desk for Free very nice staff and cheap low prices

The front desk staff was great The room was big and comfortable

People with dogs that barked all night long No coffee makers in the rooms. Even the cheapest hotels have coffee makers in the rooms.

I personally enjoyed the fact that the room had all the amenities that I needed like a refrigerator microwave and stove it's a lot less expensive to purchase something at the grocery store than it is to go out to eat every night at a restaurant and I appreciate it that. I also would like to add that the room was very clean the noise level was very quiet and me and my fiance had a wonderful time. If you ask me if you would recommend coming to. "Extended Stay America, in Columbia Missouri😇", I would say "absolutely, YES", the pricing is is incredibly low,💰 and you will enjoy your stay. The laundry room is very large and is extremely clean. You also as a guest have the ability to receive hygiene behind the front desk, all you have to do is ask the staff ...and they will be more than happy to help you with anything from coffee to a toothbrush.👍 with the ability to get any and hygiene that you're needing behind the front desk all you have to do is ask. 🌈I shared a lot of memories here that are "priceless" I believe my stay was so memorable is because it has a lot to do with the direct effect of the attitudes and awesome cooperation with the friendly staffing,and management🏆 they respected their guests, and our privacy.

I am fortunate enough to say that I do not have anything negative to say about the hotel "extended stay America"... I do not have anything that I disliked about this hotel. I was treated and fairly and respectful, also priceing was fair and reasonable, and I enjoyed my stay each and every day I've been here. I recommend this hotel to anyone that enjoys a inexpensive room that has expensive qualities to it I definitely feel that it was inexpensively priced. It was less expensive than I thought it would ever be.( with the codes and benefits and perks to everything you save a lot of money.) Extended stay America had all the amenities that I needed and was very friendly and clean, with all staff being respectful.

There was hardly any choices for breakfast other than breakfast bars and coffee.
