I was really impressed with this visit compared to my last. Staff was very nice. The house keepers kept the rooms nice and clean. The pool was open and clean unlike last visit. Everything was stocked in the rooms. I love that check out time is 11. We actually get to sleep in while we stay here. We always stay here everytime we make a trip to STL. We will continue to stay.

The bed is so uncomfortable. My husband and I both woke up to our backs hurting so bad. There's little to no hot water. You have to turn it all the way over on hot to enjoy a 'hot' shower. Also, lack of pillows. 3 pillows on a king size bed. Staff said there were no extras.

I live locally but it’s nice to bring my kids in the winter so they can swim and have a great time. the last three weeks I’ve gotten a room. the first week it was absolutely great! the second time there was blood on the comforter they had on the bed then covered it with a decoration. Did not see it until went to bed. at least put it at the foot but at the head is GROSS. this last time the pool room was so absolutely cold I sat with my coat on and covered up while my kids swam. the second time we went to swim it had warmed up in there. they didn’t have the heat on. the staff as always been super friendly and very personable! customer service means a lot and I will say they have great customer service!! I’d stay there again

the pool room being colder then it was outside. the heater in our room was so loud all night.

nearby dining facilities, Nearby fuel stations, Convenient to the highway. Excellent lighting in parking lot. The staff were very courteous.

Evidently, the owners were having some sort of family gathering and their children were running around like banshees, being loud, yelling and screaming in the lobby area. It was very annoying while waiting to check in.

They should keep the pool open longer than 10 I wasn't able to go swimming by the time I got back pool was closed. It was a small pool anyways but still I was looking forward to go swimming the cleanness could use extra cleaning but it was a great stay really enjoyed it.

Easy check in. Housekeeping gal on our floor was very helpful with questions we had re tv and which pass to get in/out of room, location ice machine. They had REAL creamer for the coffee in dining area! Room was big, very clean and bed very comfortable. We will be staying here again!

Wish breakfast was bit earlier on weekends. We just grabbed coffee and hit the road.

it’s a large, complex spot, fountains and indoor pool - not too mention the beautiful ballroom

This property was located very close to where I was working. Mickey the property manager was very personable and took care of all of our needs even though they were short on staff and were fully booked during my stay.

the people there worked very hard as a team even though it was over 100 degrees plus.

it was very beautiful, although they were doing alit of repairs and remodeling

helpful w my children, understanding that I couldn’t tape my 3yr olds mouth shut and helpful in finding the right space so we didn’t bother anyone with our nonsensical play.

the staff was so friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was great! our room was huge and nice and quiet. the hotel is in a convenient location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
