I liked everything about the property. The property was clean, spacious, in a good location! I must say, I know many people search for non smoking but if you are like us and you’re looking for the balance of not ghetto but with a smoking room- ( they have non smoking as well in an entirely separated spot so no issues for those who prefer it) this was perfect! We were a 10min drive from several restaurants and the area this is in is more out of the direct hustle bustle of the city.. soooo perfect! The guy working the front desk- extremely friendly & helpful!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Everything was fine. But, one comment. Please check the cream container in the breakfast "nook". When I got to the bottom of my coffee, there were congealed lumps of cream, yuck!

There was a hole in the wall under the sink and my service dog was able to pull fiberglass out of the hole. A child would've been able to do the same. I would close that opening.

I just searched for the cheapest motel near the airport. I was totally pleased. It may not be the fanciest place but everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was all I needed, and more, waffles cereal juice hot coffee and tea and pastries. Staff friendly. I would go there for a motel really close to the airport. Didn’t need the shuttle service but that’s another plus.

The room was at first glance seemed clean. But sink handles had like toothpaste spots on it. Remote was dirty, It was not detailed with cleaning the small things. The window was dirty, hard to see out of. Door was dirty inside and out. This room needed to be deep cleaned. It was like a rag was just run over things, not cleaned well at all.

Clean rooms rating a 10. The Young lady who greeted us and checked us in was very polite. She would get a 10 rating.

The guy who drove the shuttle . was not helpful with customers or bags. He would get a 4 rating. In this business smile ,greet and help. Would have tipped but we don't tip bad service .

Room and management were good, breakfast was sufficient and the shuttle was an extra needed service.

Had a little shuttle problem with the pickup at airport. Believe this was just a misunderstanding as it was a late flight and everything worked out in the long run.

This hotel offers a rather bare bones accommodation. The bed was comfortable, shower hot, room clean, breakfast adequate, and an airport shuttle for a very reasonable price. Well located for airport travelers. It was great for my needs.

the floors could have been cleaner. walking barefoot showed the floor was dirty so wouldn’t want a baby crawling around

Close to convention and highway The gentleman did offer to carry my luggage upstairs.

The room I requested wasn’t available the other party extended their stay. I don’t like stairs.
