Loved the roominess of the room, the kitchenette with full size fridge. The accommodating staff who helped my coworker with additional bedding to make sleeping on the pull out sofa bed more comfortable. I thought the breakfast was good for free breakfast. Everyone was great. The pool was clean and warm. Towels were available and coffee was available on our way to the room. I would really appreciate this if working as a travel nurse. Oh and the soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion dispensers are a great idea too! Loved it. Would've liked to stay a few more days and just hung out!

No hot tub or spa as advertised.

Room was spacious-quiet-comfortable. Walk in shower was great. Shampoo, body soap and lotions were nice. Kitchen was clean and had everything you need including towels and soap for the dishwasher. Breakfast was well stocked and hot. Included waffles, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, fresh fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, hot tea, and more! The pool was clean. They had an outdoor 1/2 court and an area with bbq grills. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and polite.

I can’t think of anything that could have been improved upon.

Everyone and everything was amazing. Staff was kind and helpful, facility was clean and absolutely beautiful, and room was very comfortable.

The only issue I had was the fridge. I am a plus size person and I was not able to open up the fridge due to lack of space.

Only thing a little less than optimal were the pillows as they were a tad too soft. A very small thing though, considering how awesome everything else was!

All of the staff were exceptionally nice. The entire property was clean and everything well maintained. Proximity to local shops and attractions was a plus.

Furniture in suite was very firm and not designed for a family of 4 to lounge around on.

I do have a suggestion, my daughter has celiac disease and must eat a gluten free meal. I would like to see more gluten free items At breakfast.

Nice variety for breakfast and well monitored by staff. Location was very close to where we needed to be. Quiet area was a plus

The room was very spacious but would have liked to have a bigger bathroom. Shower and toilet were on the small side. Vanity and sink were separate from shower.

New, so very clean...rooms were spacious and fully equipped. Quiet, cozy, nice neighborhood and close to other areas we needed to visit...breakfast was great!

Bedding was a bit scratchy, not as soft/higher quality as expected, but we slept well

One of the newer hotels in Springfield area. very clean. The staff was very good. Very attentive.

It was really a great stay. If I had to pick out something it would be parking was difficult. The hotel was sold out and spots to park were at a premium.

Breakfast was great!

The only thing we disliked was that there was not enough towels and bath cloths for our stay…for 2 people. But we asked for more and received them.
