We loved this hotel! It is truly French chateau boutique hotel! The beds were soft and SO comfortable. Plenty of amenities in the room, fridge and microwave and coffee and tea; shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion in the bath room. Even a makeup towel! Front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. We loved the area! Great value. We would definitely stay here again.
Nothing, really. Breakfast is light. Advertised as continental. They have the waffle makers, with lots of topping choices! A big variety of options for breakfast. They have yogurt and granola bars, along with cereal and oatmeal. Several juices to pick from. Microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. Would love to see more fresh options for breakfast, but can’t really complain, as there was a good variety.

I loved our stay here. The facility was clean, comfortable and accommodating. The breakfast was also very good. The beds may have been the most comfortable that I've ever slept on and the room was very nice. I requested an upper floor with a balcony and they gave us exactly that. Great service, great staff and a great stay. I would definitely recommend this location to friends and family and I would definitely stay again.

Very beautiful hotel in a very clean, well-kept area outside of the city of St. Louis where it's quiet and feels like you're getting away to a secluded area, but you're about 45 minutes outside of metro St. Louis.
We had a jacuzzi room with a king bed. The jacuzzi was fantastic and relaxing but the bed was way too soft! It was hard to rest as the mattress was not supportive enough.

Nice , safe area. Very clean and comfortable room. Bed was great, room was quiet. Front desk Very nice and accommodating. Walked to the a restaurant a few blocks away at night. Very safe area. If you want to stay overnight on the St. Louis area, Yes. Stay here for sure!
The complimentary breakfast was so so for a facility of that caliber. It was a "serve yourself" breakfast, which is fine, but the choices were extremely limited and food tasted like you hit it from a vending machine . Very disappointing. But I gave thus hotel 5 stars because I really don't expect a free breakfast from a hotel.

Excellent breakfast with vegetarian and vegan options. Absolutely wonderful staff. They found a forgotten item and actually called me at home to return it to me. Absolutely stellar service. Location is perfect with safe walking and a farmer's market on the weekend. Theatre and restaurants near by. Covered parking- free.
There isn't anything not to like.

Beautiful and comfy and staff were very nice and helpful
The breakfast was a bit lacking. Even though it did say limited offer in food. I think light continental which is great, but we felt it needed real food and packaged stuff. Waffles were great.

Very comfortable lovely hotel. Bath room accessible, set up well suggestion below. Loved the magnifying mirror. I was having an issue with my eye worked well. Good waffle for breakfast liked the topping choices.
One suggestion for accessibility I would move the soap dispenser to front of bench nearer the shower. Too high and behind the bench to be comfortable to use on my own

The room was very clean and comfortable. My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Great location. There are a few restaurants and a movie theater in the same area. The mall is about 15 minutes away.
I received a call around 9 or 930 p.m. asking if we had an arrival eta. We had checked in about 3 hours earlier. It wasn't a big deal, this was genuinely the only negative.

The room was adequate, but I guess we were expecting more of a boutique hotel experience. The location was not what we expected either. Many walkable restaurants nearby were closed.
We expected a more bustling location rather than a pretty dead area.

Its a very beautiful place. Who ever put the city together did a fantastic job. Its so beautiful, ive told my friends and family to come and visit because its such a beautiful area. We are so glad we found this hotel.
The big pool was to cold you could not go swimming in it. Turn up the heat on it so older people could enjoy the pool.
