The staff were amazing, the rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast was great! Kat, the manager was so helpful and Nyla (sp?) Was very attentive. The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming as well. We would definitely stay again!!

We had a situation where another guest was taking pictures of our children and being real suspicious. Also seen him taking pictures through other people's windows while out by the pool. This matter was taken care of very seriously and the guest was evicted from the hotel. Kat, the GM was so good and handled this matter professional and got law enforcement involved right away. Creeps are EVERYWHERE, watch your children closely.

Clean, free parking, and quiet. enjoyed having doors to separate living space from bedroom.

One of the staff members woke me up out of my sleep at 7am to ask me what time i was checking out. At first she was knocking, but when i didn’t answer fast enough she proceeded with trying to open the door with her master key card. Like why is that a thing??? If check out is at noon, why are you disturbing my sleep asking me what time I am leaving? Very rude and unprofessional. And had i not been there, why did she think it was ok to just open the door to my reserved room?

I really liked the friendly staff, the cleanliness of the suite, the free breakfast, and the price was reasonable.

The location was a little further than what I liked but it was a last minute reservation.

The room was clean and spacious. The layout was nice and it had plenty of room in bedroom as well. The bed was comfortable and I was able to sleep soundly.

The only problem I had was that the pool was not open and the kids were wanting to swim. It was a little early in the year but it was still warm enough to have it open.

We were travelling with two adults and four kids. The room had two queen beds in a bedroom and a pull out sofa sleeper in the living room. Room was very spacious and plenty for the whole family.

The location was a little far off and nothing much around. Had to drive 20+ minutes to go to anywhere we were there to visit. (Six Flags, Zoo, Downtown etc)

The breakfast was amazing and the Wednesday evening soup and salad with beer and wine included in the price, was delightful.

The heated pool didn’t really feel heated. Was quite chilly. Otherwise everything else was great.

Location was close to everywhere we wanted to go without being overly expensive like some of the other hotels.

Beds are a little uncomfortable, pillows were too fluffy.

We have stayed at this property with our kids and have loved it every time. So we decided to stay here just us this time. We will be coming back again and again!

Sad the food and drinks weren’t available. That was awesome when they had that during the week nights. As much as I appreciate the box food to go, I feel it’s not the same experience. Nothing really thy can do right now with covid. Hoping the pool opens this summer atleast.

The stay overall was great, the staff, breakfast, room, and location were all pretty perfect.

The rooms were right next to the courtyard in the center of the building. You could hear everything going on outside so it was impossible to sleep until the pool closed around 10-11.

Very nice room and facility ! Room was great full kitchen! Everyone was very nice! Love the late checkout !

Overall it was great but the breakfast was a little disappointing because it was store bought stuff but I know it’s because of Covid so hard for them to have breakfast buffet style so still give them 5 stars ⭐️
