All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The complimentary cookies at the front desk were one of my wife's favorite touches.

The hotel and our room are older and in disrepair. The carpet right when you step into our room had a big hole in it. There were unfinished drywall and paint repairs in the room and bathroom. The 2 ice machines closest to our room weren't working and the gym is very small and outdated.

Ella front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. greeted with a great smile. even though checking in later. breakfast buffet was appropriately portioned with a lot of options room was clean and fresh smelling. bottled water and mints were a plus

water pressure was definitely substandard. shower was not strong and toilet didn’t seem to have flushing power. king size bed had four small couch pillows. should’ve had three larger pillows as other hotels offer

bed a little uncomfortable. the buffet hot items were not hot; more towards cold/warm side. service person Andy who answered phone while checking reservation seemed to be in a bad mood. swimming pool was being worked on so not available.

The location was good. Staff was friendly. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

The coffee was not very good. Smelled and tasted burnt. The back entry way says the door locks at 11pm for the safety of the guest but on Friday evening the door was not locked around 12pm which is a little concern for safety.

check in sucks if you come early I am wearing a air cast and was tired I tried to check in a few hours early to rest before our concert and the front counter staff was just rude we don’t check in until 3pm which once I checked in at 3:30 pm I only had an hour and half to get dressed no time to rest we drove 4 hours toget there

Staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was better than most hotels, little different each day. Good area, food choices not too far. Rooms were clean and updated. Definitely would stay there again!

Shampoo was out, but we brought our own so that didn't matter. Everything was great.

Everything was great! The facility was clean and the team members we encountered were friendly and helpful! Room was great! We will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

We did not encounter any problems during our stay. My only suggestion would be cosmetic things in the hallways. Our room was great and clean. We did notice some peeling wallpaper and such in the hallway.

Location - very handy and felt safe. Wonderful staff. Hot breakfast, especially waffles. Free water and coffee. Clean, Quiet, dark room- great draw shades.

Everything ----The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, softness of the beds, cleanliness, etc., etc., etc. Well worth the extra cost in comparison with other hotels in the area.

Perfect location. Riverwalk is a hidden gem in Owensboro and we walked on it right from the hotel. Beautiful lobby and seafood restaurant/bar. Gorgeous view of the river.

My only complaint is the pillows. I couldn’t get enough support for my neck. I’ll bring my own next time!
