Courtyard by Marriott St Louis Chesterfield

The room was very clean and they made good use of the space. The bathroom was spacious and up-to-date. The bed was very comfy and I slept very well. The parking lot was well lit and I felt safe leaving my stuff in the car. It was also located near a lot of food options and the highway. I will stay here again for sure!

When we checked in it was fast and easy. The lady who checked us in though was not very friendly. She barely said two words and seemed more concerned with watching the people over in the coffee area. She didn't give us any directions to where our room was. She didn't actually ever ask for my name, just my ID. The fridge only ran for two hours, so we had to get back up in the middle of the night and turn it back on to keep our food cold. The remote and tv were hard to use. The buttons were really stiff and we struggled to even get it to turn on. The room could use a little more lighting.

This hotel was amazing! Our king size bed was exstreamly comfortable and we sleep so good in it. The bathroom was big and clean and the couch in our room was very comfortable. The receptionist was very nice and helpful when we asked questions.

I didn't like that yiu don't have ice machine and we had to ask the gentleman at the counter to get us ice.

The woman that checked me in was really helpful. She gave us a good restaurant recommendation, and somehow I lost my keys on the way over to a restaurant and she was very sweet and getting new keys done. She was very friendly and efficient. I wish that I knew her name but she was on the night shift Monday, August 21.

The location! Close to restaurants, shopping and right off the freeway! I appreciated the assistance of getting our room reinstated when I accidently canceled it! Leslie, she was super friendly and helpful in getting our room back over the phone! Then once we were checked in and enjoying ourselves, Julianna was super helpful as well!!

Due to Covid our room wasn't cleaned each day, so we had to request towels and cloths. Empty trash ourselves but! the room was

We didn’t have breakfast, even though it smelled and looked delicious. We had snacks the night before from the concession area. They had a very good selection of snacks and drinks.

Didn’t have any issues, everything was to our liking.

Location was great. Very clean and staff was great.

Breakfast options were very limited, maybe add a waffle/cereal bar. Definitely wouldn't use this as a negative means how there was breakfast through Starbucks. They just didn't offer very much.

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable.

It would have been nice if breakfast was included. Also the breakfast options left a lot to be desired. There is an IHOP close by and if I stay there again I won't be eating breakfast at your hotel.

I enjoyed the experience from.start to the end! The front desk staff was so kind! We had 4 rooms with my family and each relative had nothing but praise to give! The pool was clean and felt very safe!

I wish I could have stayed longer!!
