very nice hotel in a great location. Public areas lovely and room which was a suite with a full kitchen was very comfortable

Rooms very comfortable but a little bit dated, especially the bathroom. Some tiles needed some repair. The soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers weren't labeled and had to guess which was which. Breakfast was ok but not amazing and not too many healthy options (i.e., only flavoured yogurt)

The staff was amazing - we checked in at 2:00 am after being stranded in -20 degree weather when our condo VRBO had a broken door and we could not enter it. The sheriff brought us here as we did not have a car and we were in the cold for over 1.5 hours trying to get in the condo. Davis welcomed us, was kind, compassionate and extended our checkout that first day until 2:00 PM. It was wonderful to find such kind people after such a tough situation.

Everything was great except the hard rough sheets on the bed. The bed and pillows were comfortable but man those sheets are cheap and they don't fit the bed. So either the edges were coming off or if you wanted them pulled up to your neck that meant the bottom came untucked.

Everything. The folks behind the desk were exceptionally friendly! The place was beautiful! So Clean and new! We got a room with a view on Lone Mountain and it was breathtaking! The Covid restrictions were great and enforced. We had an appointment for the hot tub which was great. The breakfast couldn't have been better with everything individually wrapped and so much selection! The shuttle to the Mountain was so nice to have! The pool was so warm and what a view! The food at the Copper restaurant on the premises was the best food ever! I can't remember a better meal and our server was so very nice! This was a perfect stay!!

Modern, functional hotel in Big Sky. Great location in the Meadow village. Food was excellent in the Block 3 restaurant and breakfast offering also excellent. Particularly like the filter coffee on reception.

The staff was excellent & the location was brilliant.

The furnishings in the rooms felt very generic. Not much personality to reflect the surroundings or price.

The room was nicely laid out with an apartment size refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 burner stove, and big enough to accommodate the needs of any size family. We stayed for one night but could see how great this place would be to stay for multiple days especially during the ski season. The area is developing nicely and has a lot of availability to shopping, eating, and even a grocery store. Highly recommend taking advantage of this new hotel.

With all the Covid fears I didn't like speaking to the desk clerk through a plexiglass shield. I also didn't like being confronted by a desk clerk while walking through the lobby to go to the elevator without my mask...yet I observed a person watching security camera's without their mask. No one person was within 10 feet of me and I was the only person in the lobby. I was practicing social distancing and felt it was out of line to have someone question me.

Beautiful, clean and well located hotel. Breakfast was great. Wonderful lobby, restaurants, bars. Staff excellent. I felt like I was the first guest, like it was a brand new hotel. I’ll be back.

Loved this hotel and it’s beauty inside and out. We enjoyed Happy Hour in the Lobby Bar with a view of the mountains. We are at the Copper Bar and Grill and the food was good. Definitely recommend this hotel. Wished we had stayed here longer rather than West Yellowstone.
