Convenient location! If you’re just traveling through, this place is a great option. If you’re fancy and need every amenity then choose somewhere else. They are still renovating the property and everything isn’t working yet. Bar is open until 8ish (meaning if no one comes they close) bed was comfortable And the staff was very pleasant/helpful.

Although they are renovating the property cleaning up the outside would be more inviting for guests. (I didn’t mind because I had no neighbors and had a quiet stay) May want to update the features on booking.com so people don’t complain

Breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very nice.

We were charged $25 per room as a "deposit" for any destruction of the room. Never before have we ever been asked to do that, but we obliged. When we checked out we expected to be refunded our $25 per room but we were told that it was going to be credited to our cards in a matter of 5 days or so. We questioned that because we were aware that the hotel was to be torn down at the end of the month, but were assured that "it will be happen" that our cards were credited. WELL IT DID NOT HAPPEN AND THERE IS NO ONE THERE TO ANSWER THE PHONE BECAUSE IT IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE!!! So WE WANT OUR $25 PER ROOM!!!!

Breakfast was a wonderful experience & was included with the room I booked. The staff in the breakfast lounge were working so hard & they were so busy (especially Linda), yet they managed to take care of us in a friendly manner. Our room was ready for us when we arrived & it was spacious & clean. Thank you!

When we first pulled up to the hotel, we thought it was a poor choice of hotel to have picked, or that it was even shut down due to the fact that the outside grounds were very, very unkempt. There were weeds growing in the barked areas, tall & unmowed grass, pavement was littered with tree debris...we were second guessing our stay there until we went inside (where we were pleasantly surprised). I do understand how hard it is to get good lawn service, but even a couple hour's worth of work would've made a huge difference.

Entrance/lobby was pretty. The indoor pool was great/open late, option to have breakfast w/restaurant on premises, staff was friendly and helpful when asked questions, affordable pricing compared to other hotels in area, accommodating with check out time when needed it to be later than 12pm. Rooms were clean and quiet-couldn't hear others.

Restaurant was not open for dinner, building/ rooms were dated, definitely need some remodeling/upgrading. Unit in rooms to heat/cool could not be turned off. TV/wifi reception was lacking/slow at times.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Super spacious room which was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. This hotel is in a great location, heaps of easy parking and the front reception staff were so helpful and friendly, thank you Linda!

The staff was short staffed and it wasn't a secret it took almost a hour to get breakfast one morning. At check in the gentlemen didnt give us our breakfast vouchers so we paid for breakfast rhe first day which I was told would be refunded but it has not been. The beds are very uncomfortable and pool area was very stuffy and hot making it hard to hang out while the kids played

They did not provide breakfast. We did not care. We were driving through and left the hotel at 7:00am. The room was soooooo quiet, even with the road right outside our window. I know that the 2 adjacent hotels were fully booked and they would never be as quiet at your hotel.

location was very good, staff was mostly friendly except for one morning front desk lady. She was short and rude regarding extending my stay one night. Ressaurant for breakfast was good, very friendly staff in there.

Wonderful staff.

We did not feel completely secure. The exterior doors do not lock, so anyone can come in, which made us feel a little uneasy. Also, there was no breakfast.

my mom and I stayed a week here at 3 rivers hotel and loved everything about the hotel. clean, comfortable and affordable. great friendly staff who go out of their way to help, and very close to everything in Bozeman! highly recommend
