This motel lived up to everything we expected. When we checked in, the clerk was pleasant, upbeat and full of delightful tidbits of local information - where to eat, best coffee shop, where to buy beer, and so on. The room was very spacious and we loved the retro decor. Beds were comfortable and it was a quiet area (great for sleeping). Each room has a designated parking spot in front of the door, which was awesome. Highly recommend! My husband I left the motel thinking "hey, this type of place would be great where we live...maybe we should give it go..." :-) We loved it!

There is nothing that we didn't like. It wasn't the Ritz Carlton, which is why we LOVED it!

Having breakfast would’ve been the absolute cherry on top, other than that our stay was wonderful!! Delicious coffee all day long, loved having games to check out to our rooms too!! My family are very advent game players so this was a very special way for us to bond! Easy close walk to Main Street as well, before our car got there we walked the town for a couple hours. All the staff were very friendly, kind and funny! Loved to see smiles like they enjoyed working there. Rooms were so cozy and very 50s! We all slept so good as well I wish I was still there.

The shower was cold the first two nights and we couldn’t get it to warm up past room temp even after waiting for a bit. Third night it was super duper hot. Would’ve been pleasant to come from the snow to a hot shower. Other than that everything was terrific!!

Bed was super comfy, loved how spacious the room was, loved having dedicated parking right out front, loved being walking distance from the downtown core. The only downside is that noise transfer from room to room was noticeable and there seemed to be some construction going on behind the room (could hear outside the bathroom window). But really didn't deter from the pleasant stay, just something of note since another question asked about quiet level.

The corner of the room with the dining table could have used another light source; the only light in the room at night was the bedside lamps and another lamp on the TV console.

The coffee in the lobby was very good and it was nice having a place to sit and read the local paper which was provided. The decor and theme was great 😊 and loved having the grassy area with seating in the middle of the property. Fresh flower boxes were inviting and beds were comfortable, bathrooms spacious & useful having a hair dryer, microwave and fridge, ironing board (didn’t use!) in room. Location is great; I walked everywhere—near coffee, neighborhoods, & downtown.

The mirror wasn’t easy to use, as it was behind tv

Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was really nice, with lovely tile and high-end bath hardware. Parking was assigned in front of each room. The front desk staff were all very pleasant and helpful. The property has a nice central courtyard for lounging. The location was good, close to the highway and essential shopping, but also very close to downtown. There are food trucks across the street and other restaurants within walking distance. This historic motel had lots of personality.

No complaints--it was a good stay.

I was not expecting how nice it turned out to be, such a cool aesthetic. Everyone was really friendly and it felt safe. Only a short 10 mins walk from the main street of Bozeman its in a fantastic location where its far enough to be quiet but close enough to walk, also there is a food truck stop across the road with 3 or 4 food trucks and the food was amazing.

On thing I didnt like and this is the case for so many American hotels/motels, they only have lamps no ceiling light. I do not understand why.

An exceptional hotel if you want to be blasted back to the days of Franks Sinatra, Dean Martin, and Sammy Davis Jr for a night or even a week. It was updated, new, and swanky in such a cool way. The staff was amazing and positive, and you can tell the motel management has put together a staff dedicated to this amazing "last of the good old day" landmark motel. Kudos! to all.

Understanding it is Bozeman, the prices on a Saturday night can be high. However, Bozeman is a destination town which speaks volumes about the motel's cost.

We loved this place!! The decor (particularly the 'deco' bathroom) and the LARGE room, LARGE TV, and all the conveniences (internet and power plugs) were all fabulous! The fact that each room's parking area was numbered is a much-needed perk that I've never seen before and is MUCH appreciated!! Thank you!!

We had a coffee maker in the room, but with a three-day stay, it would have been nice to know that there was also some kind of coffee service in the office??? We thought the coffee carrying folks passing by our window were getting coffee at the stall in the parking lot. Otherwise, please place MORE coffee envelopes in the rooms, or ask on check-in how many we'd need?

Check-in was simple and the room was exactly as described. Large space, clean, great mid-century vibe, extra seating, comfortable beds and the microwave and mini fridge were great. We had an issue with the TV, which was not resolved, but I was very impressed that the guest experience specialist contacted me within 2 hours of checking out.

TV in our room didn't work and while the bathrooms have been nicely remodeled, the shower head is kind of pathetic. Almost a rain-type shower head but low flow water.
