SpringHill Suites by Marriott Bozeman

Every aspect of our stay was wonderful. The rooms were spacious, sparkling clean and had nice features like a walk in closet, large walk in shower, and separate sitting/kitchenette area. The staff were very helpful. The lobby was inviting and aesthetically pleasing. We also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and fitness area. The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious; especially the coffee and sugar waffles. Although prices have gone up at this hotel (as they have at every hotel) I still believe this is an excellent value considering the amenities.

I felt a little “nickel and dimed” by being asked to pay $10/night for parking. The hotel is in a suburban area with an open lot, uncovered parking. Given the location I suspect the vast majority of guests would come with cars. My suggestion would be if you need $10/night more to make the budget work then just include it in the room cost. $10 more would still be a good deal for this hotel room.

Brand new hotel in Bozeman. Extremely comfortable large rooms with great beds and bathroom. Indoor swimming pool was great and the bar in the lobby was modern and nice. Breakfast that is included had a good selection of options and check in / check out was easy.

$10 parking fee seems unjustified considering they have their own huge parking lot and is in a commercial area so not busy with other cars vying for parking. Not walkable to anything which is fine if you have a car but otherwise could be frustrating.

Facilities were clean and great, big room and bathroom, small kitchen (fridge, coffee, microwave), room with a view Master bed very comfortable Pool clean and not busy with great views Big gym well furnished Good breakfast

Having to pay the parking Sofa bed is not comfortable at all and I had to put the sheets on the sofa bed by myself Noise coming from the road outside, not too loud but you can hear it Breakfast is good but not extra good

We did not eat breakfast there. There was a little noise from the highway, but it was muted and mostly of the white noise variety. Nice views of the mountains. Bathroom had plenty of space to put your toiletries, etc. The staff was very helpful and nice, especially Evelyn.

1. Well organized room, with nice furniture. 2. Lovely lobby and relaxing common areas. 3. Beautiful view from the room window. 4. Good location. 5. 90% clean, which is good compared with many others we have been to.

1. Was very cold in the room when we arrived and it took more than 2 hours to get warm. 2. From under the heater/AC which was close to bed was coming cold air, so the walls weren’t well insulated. 3. The headboard and the lamps were full of dust, which I didn’t really appreciate. 4. There was a construction site beside the hotel and in the morning the noise woke us up. 5. We really wanted the use the pool with our 2 years old daughter, but the water temperature wasn’t that great and neither the pool area temperature, so we gave up.

We stayed overnight during a road; we arrived quite late, so didn't spend much time here. No problems checking in despite our late arrival. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was pretty good, with the normal items you'd expect.

We had a couple of "authorization" charges that showed up on our credit card after our stay; this wasn't mentioned during check-in. It wasn't a big problem, as when I contacted the hotel, they explained what they were and that the charges would drop off (they did).

We ordered supper from the bar. I liked having the options and the option of a fresh salad. I did not eat breakfast but my son and daughter ate the quick breakfast sandwiches and they enjoyed them, ^^Also, I have never had a front desk call and check on us to see if we needed anything. We needed extra towels which were brought up to us. Nice touchh!

Loved the staff. So helpful and seemed to enjoy their jobs. The décor was amazing. From the fire place inside and out, the bar and breakfast area, the rooms and pool area. Everything was easy to access, very clean and organized. I stayed 3 days and wish I had more time to stay. I felt safe, comfortable and well taken care of.

Of not fault of the hotel, we did not have housekeeping due to COVID. We had 5 people in one room for 3 nights and had to get more towels, soap, toilet paper nightly. As soon as all this is over, nothing I didn't like.

Big beautiful Well lit rooms. Comfortable beds, loads of closet space and a mini kitchen. The true test came in when my daughter tested positive for Covid and we had to quarantine here. All the staff bent over backwards to check in on us and make sure we were well-equipped with anything we needed to keep us comfortable. They even left a little Santa package at the door for my daughter on Christmas morning.

We stayed here for our ski holiday. The room was spacious and we loved the hot tub after a day on the slopes. The staff was excellent and always ready to help. There was a continuous supply of coffee in the main lounge area which we found really good.
