The location was good and the property was clean.

I flew into the airport and prearranged shuttle pick up. The shuttle was not there to pick me up. I called the property more than 15 times and nobody answered the phone. I had to arrange for a ride, that cost $50.

The customer service here was exceptional. It was as if they took lessons from Disney. Warm cookies, good creamer for coffee to breakfast. I arrived early and was able to check in early. The airport shuttle was quick and the driver helped me bring my bags inside He was helpful with information about the area. Great location. I walked to downtown from here.

The room I initially received was older and had an odor. I asked the front desk and they were so kind and accommodating. They moved me to another room immediately. It was an upgrade and in the newer section. The hot tub wasn't working.

The hotel room was nice. Of all the hotels and AirBnBs I've stayed at in the last 16 days this was by far the most expensive. The plus was it was 10 minutes from the airport.

I was approached by a homeless individual in the parking lot, the door to the hotel was locked and while I had in the advanced notified The property that I would be arriving by 1145. They still didn't know who I was when I identified myself. Personally I think you should have sent me the phone number well in the advance and notified me that I wouldn't need to call and tell you that. I had arrived I would have done so while I was still in my car in the barking lot. Because I was freaked out.

Located right in the town with quick access to the highway. Breakfast options were good and varied each day. Hot tub area was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. Bedroom was a bit small but bed was very comfortable and there was a small fridge in the room. Had a little difficulty trying to figure out the tv guide but once we did, the channel offerings were adequate for our needs.

Passageways smelled a bit of cigarette smoke but apart from that I got good value for money.

Great location with amazing staff and service. Everyone we talked to was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Happy to answer our questions even when we didn’t check in till midnight due to a late flight. Obviously not a 5-star hotel, and we were only there one night so can’t speak much to their general facilities, but the rooms were nice enough and more importantly clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast had limited options and said options weren’t great, but such a small thing when 1. it’s free and 2. everything else was great.

It was pretty clean & well decorated. There was a good restaurant next door. We were able to grab a couple breakfast items even though we had to leave for the airport at 4 am

No automatic door so it was difficult to maneuver luggage while holding the door open. There were children running the hallways & yelling/screaming in the night. Not very soundproof. The bedspread had a large yellow stain. There’s no early morning shuttle to airport & you have to book shuttle 24 hrs in advance

The night shift desk lady was exceptionally nice and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the coffee was good. The shuttle to the airport the next morning to pick up the rental car was convenient.

The airport shuttle does not run for late night arrivals. We landed at 1120PM and the shuttle stopped at 10, I believe. We had to pay $40 for a ride.

Convenient to Yellowstone NP, only an hour away from north entrance. Easy to locate motel; . Close to nearby restaurants. Refrigerator and microwave in room. The Wifi is good. Easy, free parking. Nice, helpful staff. We drove the area to explore Bozeman. It was. BEAUTIFUL. We headed towards M on the mountain. It was so scenic in mid-June!! Green and lush!

Our room was located near busy street, so a little noisy, ask for interior room.

Good breakfast, coffee. Had plant based milk which was a plus! Shuttle drivers to return rental car and the next day to the airport were excellent. We had a room on the renovated side, clean and spacious. Another hotel chain right next door had an awesome restaurant so dinner options were convenient.

We had been in the not renovated section our stay just prior to this one. Definitely dated-I would suggest staying in the newer section.

When I arrived Jill was there to greet me and she was extremely helpful and kind. I also, saw how she helped and interacted with others and she was very nice.

The location was very nice and I was able to reach the destinations I was aiming for as well as have some time to explore the local mountains.
