Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bozeman West, an IHG Hotel

We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times and it’s always a great stay. The front desk staff are really nice and it’s very clean. The breakfast is very tasty and there’s plenty of food. The location is just ok. It’s just off I90 which is good however there’s really no place to walk to for dinner and it’s a good 5 miles from the university. Otherwise, highly recommended!!

The king size bed was amazing. The room was very clean. Everyone was very friendly. The pool was awesome.

The pull out couch was awful. But it worked. When the cleaning crew was on our floor they were exceedingly loud. Yelling down the hall at eachother.

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast in the morning was really good as well. Great location, right next lots of stores and food options. Plenty of parking and loved that they were dog friendly

The only thing I was missing was a water bottle refill station.

The room I booked on line wasn’t available when I checked in. So they gave me a complimentary upgrade to an executive suite. Even though I was traveling alone and only staying the night…this bonus touch will get my repeat business as I travel to Bozeman frequently.

The room was very clean & comfy.

The pet exercise area should/needs to be fenced in. I was charged a "no show" fee because I checked in at 5am instead of 2am as stated when I called in. (When I booked my reservation I even stated I wasn't sure what time I'd get there)When I checked in 2 staff members told me I can probably get a credit or pro rated rate for that first night, but instead I was charged extra. This was VERY disappointing. Also, my room was directly across from the laundry, the only problem was early morning-they are extremely loud coming in. Loud as in talking loud.

I loved the size of the room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The pool was dirty. My kids found trash around and in it. There were toenail clippings, hair and other things in and around the pool.

Breakfast was excellent. My daughter who is gluten free was able to have Cheerios, fruit, juice, eggs, sausage, etc. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom is super small. Still adequate.

I have stayed at Holiday Inn’s over the years that were musty and unsatisfactory in multiple ways. My wife made this reservation and I was pleasantly surprised! It was fresh, and had no considerable issues.

Had a little difficulty operating the tv.

Both were very good.

We were disappointed that the pool was being cleaned on Sunday morning - 9 a m. We wanted to swim then but couldn't. Having a pool available was a major reason we chose this hotel.

Clean and comfortable

I booked this room with my card. When we arrived, my boyfriend gave the clerk his credit card to charge for the room. They accepted his card, but ended up charging my card instead. Not happy about that!!
