big rooms and very comfortable to groups or families. The staff is nice and helpful. Great breakfast with several options that they change it every day

we stayed 5 nights. We planned from the beginning to have the cleaning service of the room every second day. The first time, they only did the beds but no towel or toilet paper reposition. The second time they just left there a couple of new towels ( we were 4) , no beds no recolectig the wet pool towels that we had on the bathroom and they left the the full trash bag.

Location-proximity to MSU, size of room and kitchenette. Has nice work out facility open 24/7, and the hot tub is actually hot!

No matter how many times I stay there-it’s always wonderful but for some reason they just can’t seem to get it right with the coffee situation. First thing in the morning you want fresh hot coffee. Maybe just coincidence but they always out of coffee or it’s lukewarm to cold. I usually end up giving up and go back up to my room to make it myself. it’s not a deal breaker- everything else is great! I just really love a good hot cup of Joe in the AM without having to wait more than a few minutes…..I don’t mind waiting for food but please have *the *hot** coffee ready!

New, clean, great location for downtown shopping restaurants and bars. Loved the look of the hot tub, but didn't get a chance to use. WiFi worked well. All good!

Have had better breakfasts - day one just scramble and andoui sausage as hot selection. Cheese slices dried and curled after being out a bit. Only one pretty much empty ketchup bottle for all diners. Bread/pastry selection limited or out. Day two breakfast was better. Seemed like service hadn't been perfected - but not distressing (my wife and daughter didn't rate it after day one high enough to come down day 2 which was a pity.

Our family was able to stay comfortably in one room (even with 2 teen boys). The rooms are quite spacious with adequate lounging space/seating, computer area, and kitchen. The facility is new, very clean, and convenient to old downtown Bozeman. Walking distance to most everything, if your comfortable with walking 1/2 to a mile. We enjoyed being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and Holy Rosary for Mass. If your visiting MSU campus you will need a vehicle to get to and fro.

Not a deal breaker by any mean, but would have been nice to have had a bit better food selection in the bar (wouldn’t call it a restaurant), it would have been super convenient to be able to eat right there. They have some food available for starving kids such as chips and salsa, quesadilla, chicken fingers, fries or a salad, but not much else. Breakfast selection was just ok.

because they are new they miss somethings from we use at normal day when don’t want wash our hair and the breakfast is not 4 star hotel sorry 😞. they don’t have fresh juice at breakfast and only one choose of juice and other option for eat .! plus at the e bar in side the hotel don’t have. juice too only orange rack juice .

Everything! What’s not there to like?! Super clean and modern room and lobby! We had the king suite with kitchenette and it’s bigger than my one bedroom apartment back home! The shower was amazing! Terrace with a view. Loved my stay here! Dog friendly! Felt like an apartment.

Nothing. Everything was absolutely fabulous! Ok one weird con was the hallway smelled weird but could just be the cleaning chemicals.

We loved the hospitality of the bar tender/cross utilized employee Stacie! She needs a raise for sure. She has such a warm and relaxing demeanor and she also was the one who came to our room to try and get our NetFlix to work. She couldn't do it due to issues the hotel was having with the connectivity.

Not enough employees to handle all the unique jobs and the gym and pool areas are very small. Need an ice machine on every floor.

The breakfast was great, plenty of room for seating, staff was friendly and kept up on refilling food items at breakfast. All staff working were great!! Would definitely go back. Location perfect , within walking distance to downtown.

We didn’t get our room cleaned or new towels but found out due to Covid they weren’t cleaning until day 3. Would have been nice to know at check in or a sign but when we called front desk they were accommodating

love the clean modern design. great lobby, great staff. location just at edge of main st. walking distance or drive... only down i can come up with- games in lobby would have been added bonus. all was great :)

The breakfast was very good, great selection!

transportation/shuttle to and from the bozeman airport would have been a welcome offer, as I had no transportation/car rental etc...
