Friendly reception by Xavier, who explained in detail how to get to Glacier NP. All amenities listed when booked were available. Besides breakfast there was also a light dinner included. Free parking, and it was only a 15 minute walk to the city commercial centre. The room was huge 34m2!

There was a basic kitchen, but no cutlery or pottery available. Luckily we had our own stuff with us. The breakfast had rather limited choice. Rather pricy, like most hotels this time of year in NW USA.

The entire staff was excellent and genuinely friendly. This was due to the Manager, Tyler. Whole staff was centered on taking great care of guests. King Suite is large and comfortable. Very clean. Good bed and linens.. Excellent breakfast and " Lite Dinner " served every night at 5 ( complimentary)

I can't say enough good things about Greenwood Inn. The place was once a senior residence but now a hotel. The room was an apartment--in other words it was huge. The lobby and eating areas beautiful, including a wonderful glass atrium with tables, chairs and a little fountain. The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. The breakfast offerings were far and away better than the national chain hotels we've been staying in and the laundry facilities were new and FREE! I wish we had stayed for more than one night. It was great!

Two comments: The rooms use a stand-alone unit for air conditioning, as the facility was not built with central HVAC. It was unseasonable warm during our stay, and although we didn't mind, some guests were grumbling about it--although it cooled our room quite well so I'm not sure what they were unhappy. Good news is that it's rarely very hot in this part of Montana so likely it's not often going to be a issue for your stay. Each room has its own baseboard heat, which is more likely to be used. Secondly, we had a small patio outside our room but there was no table and/or chairs. That would certainly be a nice addition.

Comfortable and quiet hotel with very spacious and fully equipped rooms. Excellent option if you are coming or going from Glacier. The person at the reception, Javier, was very attentive and friendly, and for us a great joy because he spoke Spanish.

The entrance to the hotel is a bit disconcerting because you have to go through a series of small houses. But only that, which at first seemed strange to us

Phenomenal hotel! Super clean. Huge room/suite with sitting area with 2 recliners and a large TV, kitchenette. Hot breakfast. Gorgeous decor throughout. Staff were all very friendly. Great value for the price. Perfect location for the hop over to Glacier Natl Park. Yes, you do drive through a nice RV/Mobile home lot to get to the hotel but it’s very quiet and nice so not a problem at all.

Perfect, no complaints

This is the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in! It is set back out of the way and is quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Rooms are very spacious, ours had a mini kitchenette, with sink, cupboards, mini fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable and clean! breakfast was enjoyable in the atrium or the dining area.

We didn’t really have any dislikes. The property is set at the back of a RV/Trailer park so the signage was a bit confusing because it doesn’t seem like a hotel would be back there. But that wasn’t much of an issue, just a surprise. We would definitely stay there again if back in the area!

People were super nice but for over $400 a night, not worth it! Location is super weird, it’s like at the back of a mobile home park so kinda weird. But staff was super nice, especially the host to made breakfast; he was super friendly. And a good cook. The shower was slippery, so be careful. And there was only decaf coffee in the room, but I’m sure they would’ve brought regular if we asked. But it wasn’t necessary since they had plenty of fresh hot coffee in the lounge.

I left with a bunch of bug bites 😕 Room shouldn’t have been more than $300.

The breakfast was hot and lots to choose from. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The towels were super soft. The hotel looked like it should be in the woods some where.

It was hard to find behind the trailer park. Maybe more signage stating to go through the park to find the hotel.

The warm western decor was nice with a personal touch - really nice atmosphere. Laundry room, pool room, and breakfast service were all pleasant surprises. I stayed here before and chose to do so this time as well, and will do for future visits as well!

I love this place . At first I was nervous because it was in an RV park but the hotel was lovely! So comfortable with great decor and it even has a small gym. The best part was the quiet sunroom and comfy seating through out the hotel!! Staff was super nice !
