Rooms were clean and the staff were all super nice. We didn't know what to expect with one of the cheapest hotels, but this one impressed us. We will definitely consider staying here again.

The pillows weren't super comfortable and we were in the room right below the big light sign. Even the black out curtains couldn't stop some light from coming through. But it wasn't a huge deal. Would have been nice to have even a very simple breakfast included. None of these were deal breakers though.

Great facilities! New hotel. Hotel room had full sized refrigerator, small stove and microwave. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and sanitary!

Price was high. People above our room sounded like a heard of buffalo. After an hour of the noise, we called the main desk and the noise got better, but picked right up again the next morning.

The hotel was great. We were close to Glacier National Park. We did laundry while there and were able to get extra hangers. Jennifer at the front desk answered all my questions promptly and was always smiling!!

The doors are a bit loud when they close. They slam. When trying to go to sleep we did hear lots of bangs which we realized were doors slamming. Minimal in the overall experience.

Great location just off of the highway. Beds and pillows are comfortable, and they are pet friendly.

The biggest negative to the My Place properties are that they don't have plates, bowls, or flatware even though there's a small kitchen area in each room. They will sell you these, but if you are traveling and only there for a night or two, you don't want to buy those things. I guess they intend these places to be for longer-term stays...

The MyPlace staff were so friendly & easily accomodated our need for a ground floor room; they even put us near an exit so we could have quick outside access with our ebikes. Also, having a full fridge, coffee maker and two-burner stovetop came in very handy!

Seems minor in the scheme of things, but the pillows were huge and unyielding. Neck aches every morning...

The location was great, with several choices of restaurants nearby. The room was nice. The beds were comfortable.

I've never understood why My Place doesn't provide basic necessities when they have a full kitchen. How difficult is it to provide two each of knives, forks, spoons, plates... I'm not going to buy their 'kit' if I'm only staying for a couple of days. So basically the kitchen sits unused...

The staff were very friendly and helpful at check-in When we mentioned that there was an issue with our room, it was corrected right away.

We discovered dirty towels in our room upon check-in under the cabinet in the bathroom. The elevator was very slow. When checking out I required a receipt and was told the system was down. I have not yet received an emailed receipt as promised and it is nearly a week later. Rooms in general seem to be very expensive in Kalispell, however this was a bit cheaper of an option.

Very friendly staff at both check-in and out. Room was clean and well lit. The room had a full-size refrigerator with a kitchen sink, cooktop, and microwave. Overall a great place at a reasonable price.

There is no breakfast other than a microwave Jimmy Dean sandwich for almost $5.00. No thanks. The tub did not drain well, but I told them about it at checkout and they said maintenance would fix it. Parking is not the best, with no spot to park while checking in.

Overall this was a really great hotel. Big room, loved the kitchenette even though we only stayed 1 night, very clean (I even remarked it was the cleanest bathtub I have ever seen in a hotel!).

I loved that there was a coffee shop within a very short walking distance of this hotel. The room was also very nice and had a large refrigerator that was useful for leftovers and there was enough counter space to make breakfast in the hotel.

This hotel was pretty amazing. I don't really have anything bad to say.
