Loved the hotel itself, and the staff were amazing! There was coffee, tea, freshly baked cookies and popcorn in the lobby. I told them we would be leaving at 4 a.m. and they INSISTED on having our breakfast ready for us at that time in the lobby. They went above and beyond in every aspect of service.

Very cool old time feel! Right downtown Kalispell so it's within walking distance to plenty of places to eat and grab a beer. About a 15min drive from FCA airport which is nice, very easy to get to, free parking in back. Room had window unit AC which was great for our June stay.
Room was a little small and the bathroom was bit cramped but overall more than adequate.

Loved it’s historical features. The breakfast was great—with unique options. Loved their longer breakfast hours and flexibility. Loved the cookies at check in. The people were helpful and friendly. Good lighting in the bathroom was nice.
The room was small, which is how it was built back in 1912, so that’s ok—it just seems a little overpriced for such a small room.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful and even though the lobby is being renovated it never affected our stay in the least. Wonderful homemade pastries were very much an enjoyed treat during breakfast. Super clean and convenient location close to shops and Hops Restaurant across the street has delicious food.

Excellent location. Hotel is historic and the lobby is beautiful. Very clean. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The continental breakfast is good and the 3 pm cookies are delicious. I’d definitely return.

Hotel is right in the heart of Kalispell, near several restaurants. Staff was extremely helpful and personable. Continental breakfast was one of the best I have ever had, as it was seemingly made from scratch and individually wrapped for consumption on the spot or to take with you on your excursion.
Rooms are very basic and on the small side. Walls and ceiling allow ambient noise to tech you. Of course, we expected the rooms to be a bit small, but the biggest drawback was the noise that we had to deal with coming from the room above us. I did call the desk to ask if they would speak to those folks, and the noise eventually subside by about midnight (10-15 minutes after my call), but it was very frustrating.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was great being right downtown close to shopping. The room was warm and very comfortable and quiet. Fabulous water pressure in the shower, thank you! Breakfast was beyond great. Quiche, apple baked oats, pastries, cereal, yogurt, etc. SO NICE to have such variety! You can't beat the charm of the place and it's historic roots. We hope to be back after the remodel to the original design. So exciting!
