The check in was quick and easy. The location was perfect for what we had planned; going to the state fair in Grand Island and the Pioneer Village. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was just right.

There was no daily housekeeping. We never had trash pickup or fresh towels in our 4 day 3 night stay. A quick vacuum would have also been welcome, and bedmaking is usually a talk I am used to being done. I was disappointed that, even though we saw maid carts every day, our rooms remained untouched. .

It was very affordable and clean.

Breakfast was sub par. The bathroom needs to be updated, there are rust spots on the vents in the bathroom, it doesn't have a bathroom fan to take out the steam. Therefore, when you open the bathroom door, your room gets flooded with humidity and it's hard to cool it down after that.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was very good but a bit crowded. Cleanliness was very good except as below.

Found a stained hand towel. Pool not open.

My room.is always ready when I arrive the sauna tub is so nice and the staff lady that checked us in @ check out told me about the other rooms and becoming a Wyndham member to earn rewards

Ther was left over food from who had stayed B4 in the fridge... And the I've machine was down

The breakfast was fresh, good selection, with juices and coffee and milk selections. Liked the fresh fruits and yogurts. Attendees were helpful to relay how to operate toaster or waffle maker and where paper/utensil items were. We liked the pool available for adults later, and wifi available. Suggestions made when asked about good place to eat out and were happy with the time and meal we had out right across the lot from Americinn. Location near freeway entrance. Bed and pillows very comfortable.

The air conditioner was in bad repair and falling apart. If we had had kids it would be totally unexceptional. Thus it was some noisy. We had to prop the cover to conditioner cover up with footstool. Our good time w walking outside and the good meal experience made our time acceptable.

Was able to bring my dogs, and I like that the hotel groups all the guests with dogs on one side of the hotel- for the random bark here or there the guest will be more understanding, so it was less stressful for me. I also liked that the room was clean and that I was able to make coffee up in my room so I didn’t have to leave the dogs alone in the morning.

The dog potty area could use a light of some kind so it is easier to clean up after my dogs at night.

The location was great as we didn't have to travel that far into Kearney once we exited I-80. Breakfast was good and the front desk staff provided great customer service.

The price for this hotel was good. The location for this hotel was great.

The pool and Spa were closed. The flooring was old and needed updated, could use new pillows, and the lights need updated in room 221. I feel that the area that this hotel is in that this hotel needs to update to keep up with the other hotels.

Great breakfast, comfortable bed, and pet accomodations

The tile floor in our room was really dirty and didn't look like it had been cleaned. We have always had a good experience at AmericInn, this location seems a little run down and could use a good deep cleaning.

Love that the pool area stays open until midnight for adults! Love they have pet rooms, and our room had a food and water dish for our dog. The pet charge wasn't ridiculous. Friendly staff.

There really wasn't anything I didn't like. It was very comfortable.
