The location was perfect for our needs. Our room was clean and comfortable. We were near the elevator, but didn't have any trouble with noise. The breakfast food was better than the typical continental breakfast, and there was lots of variety. The front desk staff was friendly. Overall, I really liked staying here.

The pool was closed for maintenance. From reading some other reviews, it seems like this might be a long-term thing. The lady serving breakfast was incredibly grouchy, and not just on one day. Breakfast was advertised as being served until 9:30, but by 9:00 most of the food was gone, and she was refusing to refill anything. On our last day there, she and another guest got into a fight and she either got fired or stormed out voluntarily.

Everything! From the very friendly & accomodating staff.. Hey Barbara..very large, clean rms,comfy beds ,the most complete continental breakfast,clean pool,nice gym,the place is clean! To location,its very central & easy to navigate Lincoln & near abt every venue,reataurant,store,shopping(blocks from mall)This one deserves a 10+

The Only thing i can say is if soaking in a hot bath or tub is a need they cant accomodate you,they really make up for it though!

I didn't wake up in time for breakfast! I loved the fact that there is a 24 hour business center that is open to guests to use and there is a printer for guests to print any needed documents.

I was upset because I booked the room to be able to go swimming and the pool was closed the night and day we were there. I feel like that should be posted to the booking websites so people aren't choosing a more expensive hotel for the fact that they have an indoor pool but then when they arrive they find out they can't use the pool

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Did not always use the breakfast provided but it was the usual food given at many hotels for no extra charge. Coffee was very good though.

I asked to change rooms the first night as the bathroom door looked like someone had kicked a big dent in it and it was not repaired before we came. The second room was in better condition.

Room was well suited for a handicap person. The elevator was right around the corner. The shower was easy to get into and the chair was a bonus for a handicap person to use in the shower, not tub but a shower. The beds were very comfy too. We did not need or use room service. All we needed for the room was there already. Thanks

Parking lot has a few rough areas in entrances to the area. The breakfast was ok. Thanks for the newspapers. Would have liked a city map to places like the zoo (kids zoo but anyone is welcome), parks and areas of interest like museums. Maybe include some eating establishments like Cheddars, Olive Garden, there is a Whole Foods near by as well as a Target pretty close and a chick-fil-a near the Target.

Breakfast was very nice. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean. We were happy that you had a room available, many hotels/motels were booked solid that weekend, and we were there for a niece's wedding. We were very glad to be on the first floor as I have disabilities. The desk assistant the next day when we left was friendly and thanked us for choosing your inn.

The price was high compared to higher rated motels/hotels closer to the college area. There was no program guide for the television, which was frustrating. The desk assistant seemed in a rush to be out the door, and was very short with me, she left the building soon after she checked us in, she spoke very quickly and I had to ask her to repeat herself. Not pleasant.

not their fault but pool being fixed had strong odor. our room needed remodeling - mold in bathroom, ants crawling in bed, exposed nails in missing/torn carpet edging.

Friendly staff, breakfast was good and kept fully stocked. Very clean place.

Did not follow directions on booking for extra towels and washcloths. When we asked at 7pm they said they would not have any until 7am. Room accommodated 6 people, booked for 5 people, gave us 3 bath sets. After the kids got in the pool they were told someone pooped and threw-up in the pool earlier and they could swim at their ow

The toilet was loose on the floor and rocked when you sat. Some cracking drywall in the bathroom.

I have been staying here off and on for the last two weeks because my Husband is at Madonna rehab hospital after a plane crash. The staff from day one has been kind and accommodating. Raymond who works there even asked how my husband was this week 😢❤️ In such a tough situation it's good to be surrounded by good, kind and professional people. Also my rooms have been very good especially the fresh linens on the beds.

My first week the paint on the ceiling in the shower was peeling. But everything else was great.
