Staybridge Suites Lincoln North East, an IHG Hotel

The breakfast was more extensive and better quality than the usual hotel breakfast fare. There was no clock or clock radio in the room. As I have found in most comparable rooms the bathroom lighting is not adequate for applying makeup. However the lighting you provide at the desk was an improvement,

Good location. Kitchen set was great. Washing facility is very good.

I thought the Internet was on and off, but my wife did not have problem with that. It may be because of my device. The lamp on the desk was on and off, uncomfortable when you work.

Great all around. Loved the suite with the kitchen and a grocery store right across the street. Definitely will be my go to hotel when I come to town. Loved that they have self laundry facility that are not coin machines. They have laundry and fabric softener available in the pantry for 2.00 each. Loved the outdoor patio area with fire pit and bbq grill. Breakfast was hot they have someone serving it into to go containers which i liked made it easy to take back to room if you didn't want to stay downstairs. Hope they keep this even after COVID-19 restrictions are lifted. Highly recommended.

Good breakfast clean hotel friendly staff

Decade long multiple stays per year Staybridge loyal customers of the I-80 Staybridge. So disappointed it has closed !!! First time at this Staybridge and it is wonderful, but we will miss the outdoor pool in the summer.

We was greeted by a very friendly staff member as soon as we arrived to check in. He was very helpful by going over the hotel rules; he explained where everything was located; and how to get to our room without us asking. To our surprise there were full bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap hanging in the shower.

We had no issues during our stay.

Facilities were amazing, pool and hot tub were nice and then the staff was very welcoming. Breakfast had many options and assistant made sure my 2 kids had something they would actually eat.

Only part that was a negative was not the hotels fault, we had some kids that were a little noisy until late hours and had to be yelled at.

Breakfast was lovely, room was safe, secure & comfortable. Location was safe & had appropriate facilities & shops nearby. Lincoln is a beautiful city!

the front desk person went out of her way to find a room that we could check in to early.

our originally booked hotel was closer to campus than this one. I liked its location better. However this was a nicer room

The staff at the front desk was helpful and professional, great work despite being new to the position. It speaks well of the training and their manager answered immediately when they had a question they called about.

The parking lot was a little rough in some areas. I almost paid for my room twice due to how the system works or fails to recognize online booking.

We liked the location, which was convenient for our visit, and it offered shopping and eating options nearby. The staff was FABULOUS, however! From the reception to the cleaning crew, we were treated like old friends staying over!!
