Comfort Inn & Suites Omaha

It was a decent hotel, rooms were a good size, staff was nice, pool was big and not over crowded, breakfast was good with a decent amount offered, beds were clean, bathrooms needed some more cleaning as we found stuff and hair on towels but we brought our own so we just tossed them in the dirty pile, the carpets could use some cleaning but at the same time it's a hotel that many people stay at so I can look past the stains

The elevators were fast but only 2 were working, one would open up on floors that had no one there, my room was right by the elevator and since it opened all the time without people there it would ding a lot

Overall great experience. Elevator a little sketchy might want to get an update. The swimming pool was a bit cold and door glass was cracked and needed replacement but nothing to say it wasn't a good stay.

Stephen at front desk was amazing!! Upgraded our room to a suite. after we were put in a room next to a barking dog. I explained my husband has cancer and we came for family reunion early so that he could have time to rest. The suite was amazing & just what we needed! It made it a very romantic and relaxing weekend.

RifRaf at the bar downstairs. Drunk sleeping in lobby next morning. No smoking hotel but ppl were smoking weed in rooms. Hallways and our daughters and grandchildren rooms smelled of weed. Storm on Saturday night brought over an inch of water into restaurant/ bar area but they didnt shut it down .

The beds were really comfortable. The front desk staff both in the evening and again in the morning was very helpful and cheerful. They went above my expectations. The breakfast was delicious with a big variety and all was good, more than good.

Sat on the patio for a bit and the cigarette ashtrays were all full and smelly. But while siting here, I saw a Painted Bunting in the dead part of the tree. Actually there were 2 for a while. Don't think this is a normal habitat area but it stayed there for a long time and we had a positive identification.

The location looked very nice and the food smelled very good but I didn't eat there for I had plans with family members while I was in town but the coffee was great but not enough in the room or sugar and creamer.

Some type of curtains to block out the lights from the well lite parking lot and street for it is hard to sleep when you are on the fifth floor facing the street side and parking lot.

Staff was great and everything was fine

The TV was down for the entire stay and they could have given us a discount because I paid a super high price on Saturday and still no TV that will make me not want to stay again because they did not accommodate that with price

he hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was also great - it was within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, and attractions.

Everything was up 2 expectations.

The breakfast was great. The Samsung TV was great! There is a big difference between Samsung and "Phillips" brand at some other hotels!!

The room was very smoky, as soon as I opened the door I could smell the smoke. I told the lady who checked me out and she was very surprised. I told her I was allergic to tobacco smoke and I obviously wasn't the one who smoked in that room. I didn't want them to think I was the smoker, I'm not.

Great assortment, staff was always making sure everything was full!! We meet family , this was half way between and had an Amazing time!!!!!!

Due to using debt card, put a hold on $200.00 , instead of $100.00 hopefully that goes back on my Debt card!!

Friendly accommodating staff, great breakfast options. Mild trouble in lobby 1st morning after arriving with police on scene but hotel staff dealt well with issue and trouble maker was kicked out without further incident
