Hank is an the best at his job. He was very courteous and truly cared about your needs and experience. He was very knowledgeable about the area and places that are a must see when visiting. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and keep the rooms very clean and were quick to respond to any request. Defiantly will stay there again. See you soon Hank!

Convenience to Highway. Great breakfast. Mornings staff was amazing.

Anyone could get into the hotel at night time. Doors were not locked. You could walk in and go to any floor without using any sort of key. If person working the front desk stepped away for a moment there was nobody in lobby. Entire hotel does smell of smoke even though it’s non-smoking hotel.

Comfortable room and bed. Breakfast was great. Free flow of coffee, hot chocolate when we checked in, and cookies during the holiday season. Staff were excellent. Really pleased with our stay.

Laundry room requires us to download an app to use the washer and dryer. Can be a plus point for others who prefer not to use coins.

Everyone and Everything! Amanda greeted us at the front desk and found a handicap room left on the 1st floor and was extremely nice and very helpful with the wifi password on my computer !!! James in Maintenance came in and opened up the sofa bed for me to sleep in. The maid was very helpful letting me use the broom to sweep up the cat litter in the kitchen. Alicia was very helpful in allowing me to go back to the room after I had checked out because I left my glasses on the nightstand. The woman handling the food (cooking, refilling the hotplate that had omelettes, country potatoes and bacon was really nice and was keeping the dining area clean, along with taking care of the food. ALL IN ALL EVERYONE AND EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT AND WE WILL BE BACK. I I I V V V = BY THE WAY BOOKING.COM - YOU COULD HAVE LET ME KNOW THAT I WAS NOT BOOKING THIS ROOM WITH THE HAMPTON IN "DIRECTLY", THAT WAS REALLY RUDE OF YOU TO DO!!! I WILL BE GOING DIRECTLY WITH "HAMPTON INN" ON MY NEXT VISITS !!!

If BOOKING.COM WOULD HAVE INFORMED ME THAT I WAS NOT BOOKING THIS ROOM DIRECTLY THROUGH HAMPTON INN!!!

There was plenty to choose from. the dishes that should be warm were warm. The eggs and sausage were well done, and they served my favorite kind of yogurt. (Dannon) There was coffee, tea and water in the lobby at all times.

We had some trouble checking in and checking out. (Due to booking through Booking .com?) We called Hampton direct to book a room. We were quoted approximately $315.00 including any AARP or AAA discounts. Through Booking.com we got the same type of room we had asked for for under $150.00

All the employees were friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast was ok.

Thin walls, I could hear the neighbors phone notifications from next to me and I could hear the tv playing all night from upstairs. The bed was not very comfortable either.

Location, clean, quick check in, comfortable, good breakfast, and plenty of parking.

Pool was inside and was hot in the pool area, too bad it couldn’t have been cooler inside.

The stay was great. We were skiing at Mt. Rose and chose this hotel (after having stayed at Tahoe City and Kings Beach previously. The drive is almost the same, however the roads are better. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was good and the staff was very friendly.

The was not enough lights in the room, there should have been lights on the ceiling. Also the swimming pool was on maintenance and wasn't open. :(

pool was a cold 70*( not comfortable to enjoy, 80* should be min), you are your own bell hop, cabinet door to get to refrig swings opposite makes use complicated, shades were a little strange but ok!

Stayed in Carson City to visit friends in the Indian Hills area. As we drive an electric vehicle we always check to see if one is available nearby or at the hotel. We found that this hotel is the only one in Carson City with a Tesla destination charger so it got first consideration when looking for a couple of night's stay. Everyone we interacted with were very friendly and courteous. Cleanliness was good. Really enjoyed the big shower with glass barn doors. We were streaming so we opted for the enhanced Wifi. Good choice. Worked fine. No issues streaming any content. With respect to the vehicle charging they had 2 level 2 chargers. One was a Tesla destination charger and the other was a Clipper Creek unit with a CCS plug so usable by a Tesla with an adapter or all the other EVs currently on the market. Good charging speed (8kW?) and clearly marked EV parking. Did NOT get ICEd at any time. Seems a pity that other hotels in town haven't figured out that charging would be a factor for more and more people going forward.

The only issue we had was the discovery that our king bed had a queen sheet set on the bed sideways. When we called about it we were told that they were out of king sheets. Okaay. So we soldiered on and ignored the sideways sheet issue.
