Holiday Inn Concord Downtown, an IHG Hotel

We loved the location of the hotel… lots to do in the area! I wouldn’t say our room was great, just ok. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub! The staff in the restaurant were amazing, giving us tips in places to go and things to do. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly!

The beds are hard and the pillows, no matter how many we stacked, seemed to be flat! Made for a very rough night of sleep. The bathroom sink was clogged with hair that kept coming back up through the drain. The chemicals in the pool and hot tub were so strong it destroyed the color in my swim suit!!

Breakfast was buffet only due to large convention that was there. It was good. We prepaid for breakfast with our hotel booking. I did like that we could easily get supplies at the front desk.

We didn't know that the 5 year old could have eaten free but we had already prepaid for her 3 breakfasts. I didn't like that there was zero maid service.

Excellent in all categories. The location is a 10 min walk from the Bus terminal, it’s on Main St. which is where most of the sight seeing is located about 10 mins walking. So many Restaurants, bars, bakeries, coffee shops that you will have a hard time choosing.

I have no complaints at this time.

no glasses or plastic glasses in the room, only styrofoam coffee cups. the hotel is showing it’s age in some area but it was very clean and quiet.

I did not like the fact that I had to put a hole in my card for an incidental fee hold and it still hasn't been returned to my credit card. I checked in on Friday night and it's now Monday night and it still hasn't been returned I do not like that at all..

Location, price and facilities were all great. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean. Shower was great, hot straight away and good pressure.

A little bit dark in room and no TV guide for the different channels.

Location was good. Room was nice. bed was comfortable as were the pillows. room and facilities were clean. Very convenient location in downtown.

Door to next room seemed to let a lot of sound in, as did the window and hallway door. city was a little busy as to be expected, being on the road side and not the "Park n ride" side the noise level was higher, didnt expect the windows to allow as much noise in as they. did. also noise. the police came and checked on a few other guests and made a bunch of noise, this isnt the hotel's fault, just added to the noise issues

The staff was fantastic ! The hotel was super clean and welcoming . They food at EJS was amazing!!!!

There was nothing I did not like. The elevators were small so it got crowed somwtim3s

Breakfast was outstanding and location is perfect! I would highly reccomend.

I really can't say anything I didn't like about the hotel.

staff was very nice, the restaurant attached had amazing food and servers were nice and friendly.

The bed was EXTREMELY firm. if you are larger and have larger than a standard size wheelchair it may not fit through doors. mind didn't fit through any doorway in the facility, including the elevator.
