the property was very nice, however, the room could use some sprucing up! the ceiling in the bathroom was definitely damaged, probably water damage, and the wallpaper in some of the walls were starting to peel. above the bed looked like some blood stains and one of the sheets had a smudge that looked like ash from a cigarette or something similar. Beautiful views of the baseball field! Sad the pool/spa was out of order, but I wasn’t made aware until the day of! seemed like it was out of order for a while and I only booked the week prior. the staff was wonderful and set up champagne, with glasses, prior to us heading to our room and the front office staff was excited for me to surprise my wife! nice touch!

I did not have the breakfast...seemed expensive. The location was just ok. It seemed like it was on the edge of town with nothing interesting nearby. But this was a very short trip and I mainly had to spend my time in Exeter, which was about 30 miles away from this hotel in Manchester, New Hampshire. The availability of food was on limited hours in the hotel and not much walkable from there.

The whole hotel was Super clean, The beds were so comfortable, we got a room with an amazing view of the baseball field which my father loved and the staff was amazing and went above and beyond! I was looking for a restaurant that we could get lobsters and unfortunately the one I hoped to go to was closed, the man at the front desk called 6 different restaurants in search for me!

Everything about this hotel and our stay was phenomenal. The location is perfectly located, easy to access, but out of the way of downtown traffic, with the fantastic bonus of the baseball field. The breakfast was amazing and I was glad to pay the additional fee for the hot breakfast bar. Every staff person that we came into contact with was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating (*especially Kaitlyn, a front desk staff member I interacted with a couple of times beginning with check-in*). We couldn't be happier with our stay. I would stay there again anytime.

The view was awesome. The size, layout and amenities in the room worked perfect for us.

The bed was very uncomfortable. There were no sheets for the pullout couch and we did not realize it until very late, we did request the room for 3 people. There were spider webs in the window nook.

The staff were outstanding. Maddie was exceptional in ensuring our overall experience was top notch. She helped arrange for our family (we were attending a funeral) to congregate in the restaurant and back room. Linda, the bartender, was exceptional, providing great choices and personable service, even bringing us drinks to tables. The breakfast server (forgot her name) was also outstanding, very personable, friendly, attentive and kind. The facilities were immaculate and tidy. While the circumstances for being in Manchester were weighty, your staff and venue went beyond our expectations to make our stay comfortable. Thank you.

Well....the first thing are the beautiful rotating doors that the kids loved. Once inside, the atmosphere was very cozy. A straight walk and your facing a beautiful baseball stadium. You are just about on the green!

The bar was very nice but a bit crowded. Could have used another bartender for those evening hours when kids are asleep. Food a little pricey when your traveling with kids who want everything.

The bed was very comfortable. Location was great. Had a shuttle to the arena, which was wonderful.

Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The food was good, The service was terrible. It took 45 minutes to get our breakfast about the same for the dinner.

There is poor ventilation in the building - the hallways on the 3rd floor had a strong offensive odor, which was somewhat diminished in the room, but still there. I was really surprised by this. Management should really check into this...

Hotel staff was great we had an issue with booking.com and they were solve it quickly without disrupting our stay.

Due to the baseball game and restaurant downstairs parking spots were all filled. Hotel staff told us park wherever you can find room even on the grass. We followed their instructions.
