We stayed as a family of 3 with my son an husband both very picky eaters. Let me just say breakfast was phenomenal from the flavor to the options my aon and husband loved it. Plus the 2 workers we met 1 day was a man 1 day was a lady both super friendly and helpful. Also the coffee, tea, hit chocolate station is amazing and at your service all day and night.

We loved everything. From our room to the pool to breakfast everything was great. We will definitely be back as soon as there is a next vacation.

The personell was friendly and when needed, very helpful with information!

There was no card or sign in the bathroom reminding one that if you want new towels, place the old ones on the floor so that the house cleaning personell knows. I was only going to be in the room three nights, so I certainly needed no new towels. I left the two I was using up on the poles and by the time I came back from breakfast I had new towels none the less. Also a bar of soap that I had just started using was gone and a new one in its place! I´m sorry, but what a waste! I just think that we can be more sensitive in dealing with the resources we have and that it is possible in many simple ways.

The breakfast was good and plentiful. The pool and hot tub facilities were nice. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Regular check-in time at 2:00 was nicer than having to wait until 3:00.

There really isn't anything I can think of that was negative. Perhaps just that the people above us were loud walkers. We could hear them walking around in the early a.m. So perhaps the floors and ceilings could be a bit more soundproof.

Better than expected! The hotel was very clean and comfortable, family friendly and convenient. The staff always smiling and so friendly. I highly recommend this best western location

Breakfast was good. Still can be proved by adding few Items like Porridge. The Recetion and Housekeeping were very satisfactory.

Breakfast was great. Im injured from a hip fracture and the lady operating breakfast offered to get my food for me and/or carry it to table or room for me. Very sweet of her.

More fruit choices is the only thing it lacked

The one staff did very great, but the other did nothing. when sign in. Don't know remember names. The very nice one was black. The white lady did do one thing & that is, she got me a chair. So my wife & I could eat together at the table.

The fist room 103 was a joke. First thing was that the smalled like an old cigar got smoked there. The sink look like unfinished work. The refrigerator did not work. The second room 301 was great but 2 things. The air/heater buttons was broke. In the morning the coffee machine did not work. The whirlpool was great & the pool was great for my wife, but not me.

The pool and spa was amazing. Room was a great size and the bed were so comfortable i stayed a 2 night. Elana was so helpful and set me up with a rewards account. Breakfast is also great.
