The facility was spotless and the staff is the epitome of service with a smile. It was a short walk across the street to my graduation ceremony which was extremely convenient. The lobby was decorated congratulating the class of 2023 from SNHU and even a free graduation gift was handed out to each and every student staying on property. This facility certainly made my graduation that much more special.

The pillows are extremely thin and uncomfortable, but the bedding and mattresses are great.

My room was amazing! Probably the best room I've ever stayed in. It had everything you could ever want and more. The kitchen was fully stock with utensils, pots and pans, glasses and plates, pot holders, towels, dish soap. The appliances were spotless. The bathroom was spacious and had all the amenities you could need. The king size bed was sooo comfy that I didn't want to get up. Even the tv was personalized with a message just for me. The breakfast included with my stay was warm, tasty and plentiful. The staff was extremely helpful setting up the vehicle registration and made the best suggestions for a nice dinner in a pub two doors down.

Absolutely nothing.

Hotel is in a Great location. It is Beside the SNHU Arena. The hotel Offers breakfast. They Allow pets for $100 flat fee. Rooms and bathrooms are Clean. There was a stovetop, a microwave, small kitchen, beds and couch, and windows open (just a little, but you can get fresh air). I am guessing you can hear concerts since you are so close (in the summer) but in the winter we could not hear the venue that was taking place inside the SNHU. Only space for one car in the parking lot per hotel room. You have to park on street or in the parking garage 1 block down for extra cars.

More parking or a discounted rate for the parking garage if you have more than one car would be nice. Other than that, no complaints. it was a nice place to stay.

Breakfast could have had more options. A few bananas was the only fruit available. Would have loved some pastry. Rooms were beautiful, spacious and very clean. We could hear neighbors next door, but they were very loud so not sure if walls were thin or just an exuberant crowd. Pre-concert so understandable! Perfect location, across the street from venue. Would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel.

Room rates were on the high side. The bed was a little firmer than I like but that is just personal preference.

Everyone was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent with good choices! Location was phenomenal and the security measures were very comforting. The room was beautiful and comfortable and we absolutely loved our stay! Will definitely be staying in this hotel anytime we go to Manchester from now on.

The blankets and pillows weren't comfortable so will probably bring our own next time but that was literally the only negative.

The bed was a little hard.

The room was very comfortable with a full refrigerator, microwave, and 2 burner flat top. There is no oven but a dishwasher. King room has a sofa and high top table. The breakfast was very good. Loved the cheese omelets and the muffins. Appreciated having the turkey sausage option.

I have no complaints.

Very clean modern and the location is great! Good accommodations for kids too☺️. I strongly recommend and will definitely comeback.

Nothing. This hotel is perfect.

All the staff was exceptionally nice. Never felt like I was bothering them. always very friendly and always willing to help and go beyond. Definitely would stay here again. Helps if you have a car. Some of the neighborhood is a little shady but it is right downtown in a big city. No locker room by the pool but that's a very minor concern. Obviously with covid services are somewhat curtailed

The parking situation was a Lil tights an the front desk guy wasn't that helpful in explaining where else I could park.. So I got a 46 dollar ticket for parking on the street
