even though it was a smoking room the room was clean & comfortable

No WI-FI in the rooms nor a microwave gotta go to the 2nd flr to use the microwave

It was a nice hotel , has a nice pool. this location is right by the beach which is perfect.. right across from the Tropicana so you can go get some food and go to the club or shopping. It’s right in the middle of Everything which is nice .

Maybe the bathrooms but it’s was decent

I like the location very close to the beach. Tropicana across the street. Love the complimentary breakfast. Especially the fact they had turkey sausage instead of pork. The room size is great. I would definitely recommend this spot

The only bad thing about this place is the parking. The parking is a little weird. They have double parking spaces & only one small single parking area at the back of the building. The double parking spaces are at the perfect location in front of the building by pool, but you're either blocking someone in or you're blocked in. Single parking in the back only has 8 spots to park and no entrance to the hotel in the back by parking.

Staff, location, good upkeep of the property.

The small enclosed 4th floor elevator waiting area, needs a fresh coat of paint and sticker and some attention. This is the top floor , which is mostly designated for smokers. Smart thinking on the part of management.

Bed, Location, Cleanliness. After reading reviews, I was extremely skeptical, BUT this stay made me love it and will come again. Comfy bed, Clean Room & Bathroom. Smoking room didn't even smell like smoke. Fridge stayed cold. Location is a block from Boardwalk near Tropicana & a short walk to Ceasars.

Parking was different if you want to be able to keep an eye on the car, but there's spots all around the building if you want to choose others. No Microwave in room, so we weren't able to warm up our food.

The room was clean and the on-site staff was both helpful and nice. The pool is such a great addition since not many hotels in the area have a pool. The location is also great as it’s close to a lot of good attractions and the beach. The complimentary breakfast is such a plus.

I would say that the building doesn’t look the greatest, but still good overall. The breakfast could use some variety. Parking is a little complex but works.

location was great since I wanted to be close to the Tropicana casino, front desk guy who checked me in was, very friendly and helpful and since I arrived soooo late at night he gave me an extra hour to check out. parking was ok, I had to park across the street at the other motel but it was included. I did manage to get some continental breakfast which we had to make our own pancakes and waffles. However, I was only there for one night and it was worth the money.

the heat wasn’t working properly and I’m quite sure the ac don’t either. it smelled a bit stale and could use some updates and drapes was dirty.

The location to the boardwalk and casino is excellent

The parking. They charge and extra $10 a night for parking (parking should be free with hotel) but what’s worse is there is no good parking. You have to double one behind another and if someone needs to move they call you to come move your vehicle or you have to leave them your car keys. Or, you have to park around the back of the building but there’s only about 8 spaces. The parking situation makes the stay stressful.

Everything was very good. The staff beginning from the front desk to the cleaning crew were very helpful and respectful.

There was no WiFi connection and that was the worst thing because my son had to finish his school homework on the laptop and he couldn’t finish it and he lost half his points.

The rooms were definitely clean, you can smell it from the Clorox, not a strong but clean fresh smell, no surprises in the sheets, insects 🐜🕷️ bedbug, roches, spiders in the room . They had Hot water.

The breakfast needs a little upgrade. Not very flavorful, but I am great full at least they offered it, some places don't anything. Thanks you guys in Clarion will be back, and tell everyone about your service. We appreciate you.
