Customer service was nice and friendly. just wished I could get a discount for my stays

The outlet in the bedroom needs improvement and needs to be fixed behind bed by the lamp. They also need more cable channels for TV. The bathroom tub needs a bar handle for when getting in and out of the tub for a person with disabilities other just a little more up keeping. Also, breakfast could be better like more verity of bread,fruits, juices, maybe bowls of cereals, just a saggistion a little more up keeping other than that it wasn't so bad I was comfortable and getting out on the broadwalk

Staff was friendly let us check in early (hour an a half) and gave us our room keys and parking pass early and responsive amd quick to look into the 'issue' I had (see below)

Nitpicking but the aspect ratio of the TV was off and I couldn't adjust so the picture was smaller than the screen itself. And we didn't have a fitted sheet on the bed. It was instead just a too sheet laid down, and it got bunched up while we slept. Nothing major just wanted to tell you the small things that were strange.

AC worked great, beds were very comfortable, great location, staff was friendly. For the amount of time we stayed in our room, it was perfectly fine!

Electrical outlets were slim (one single outlet in bathroom and we had to unplug the TV to use that outlet), sign posted on ice machine saying we weren't able to use ice for our cooler (July stay, weather was hot, we needed ice). We worked around it, not a huge deal for either one, but for the price we paid for 2 nights stay, ice could have been included and appreciated.

Hotel shows its age.

Location. Boardwalk only a block or so away. Hotel was quiet during my stay.

Can't say i didn't like anything in particular. It is an older building with older furniture, carpets, elevator and lighting, but i knew when i booked it wouldn't be 5 star accommodations. There was no breakfast served. That should be removed from the property advertisement.

Nice and convenient to the boardwalk. It was a great place to stay. Can’t wait to go back.

Just needs to spray Clorox on the mold growing. And maybe check the vents in the bathroom to make sure it works properly to keep the moisture down so the mold can’t spread. And the grab and go breakfast was just muffins and apple juice. No good selection.

I could see the ocean from my window. I called ahead to see if that room was available and was told it would probably be available and it was this property was great for me because all I was going there for was the ocean and the beach. The properties like half a block from the ocean. I got what I paid for. If you're coming to AC looking for luxury, this is not the place for you, but if you're coming to go to the beach and you just need a room with the shower and a bed for a few days, this is a great place, extremely cost effective.

The location was the only plus.

The photos of the hotel are very deceptive. The hotel is not kept up well, carpets filthy, bathroom fixtures falling out of the ceiling, stains in linens and towels. As for the breakfast, again deceptive photos, a brown paper bag with a juice and packaged muffin was thrust into our hands rather than what was pictured on the site in photo 3. First two photos - lobby on the site v. lobby in reality. And yes, we exited the elevator to check out and were greeted with four police officers in the lobby. Very disappointing stay.

If I could rate this hotel I will give it a 10 star the accommodation is worth excellent staff was perfect hotel very clean just awesome I will come back again and again and again and also recommend 👍 others thank you have a great day 🥰

I did not like that.It was a non smoking room but I could smell smoke like someone in the next room was smoking. I did not like the smoke detector in the room because I believe that it had a camera in it. So I covered it with a tissue.
