I liked everything in this place .. specially space in every room, facilities, full kitchen, dishwasher, hot tub, sofa bed is an extra with all these. View was excellent too. All staffs are honest and friendly.

Maybe authenticate the food flyers .. sometime external food vendors we select from hotel fryers are not great.

The room was excellent...the view was really nice but I was on the 28th floor and scared of heights so I watched right from that balcony door lol

I liked the size of the suite the Jacuzzi and the kitchen. Facilities. My view on the 29th floor was amazing!

I didn't like the fact that you could not smoke on the balcony someone could want to do a cigar. The kitchen and bathroom needed mats, the living room heat was not fully functional. It would've been amazing if this was an actual casino I thought this was a casino which led me to booking this stay.

We loved a sitting area as well as being able to make a cup of coffee in the morning. Just a short walk to beach & boardwalk was a plus. The only complaint was I was hit with the tax on the room at check in. I thought we were paid in full when I booked & made payment several months before our arrival. I believe this was how booking.com operates, not the hotel. I had to eat that tax bill as I couldn’t tell my family they owed more money. Of course the lack of operating elevators was a bit of inconvenience. Overall, a wonderful place to stay that’s affordable & very clean. Keep up the good work!

Spacious room with balcony, everything in kitchen, karaoke night, pool and hot tub. Overall, all the hotel has to offer.

I did not like being pressured to purchase timeshares and how my card was used to pay for a workshop seat. My time at the hotel was for enjoyment and to celebrate my mom's bday. Not to be pressured and bombarded to purchase something I didn't have time and interested to do. Additionally, I was promised by more than one sales staff that I won't be charged for timeshare workshop, but I was. I had to call and speak to a supervisor to have the extra charge removed. Even the representative on phone gave me a hard time. The supervisor that helped was pleasant and returned my money immediately.

Why did they charge me so much for parking?

Spacious rooms with the exception of the bathrooms. Clean, comfortable, well stocked with pots,pans, dishes, glasses, cutlery & appliances. Staff is friendly, efficient and very helpful.

Elevators are horrible - the biggest complaint I've heard from everyone. Bathrooms are way too small - no counter space to conveniently put toiletries, makeup, waterpik and other personal items typically used for hygiene and grooming. I was particularly disappointed that there was no washer/dryer in the room. The laundry room on the 6th floor was very inconvenient for a number of reasons -not the least of which was the elevator but also because I had to go up and down a few times thru-out the day until I could find one not in use. Very annoying and a waste of valuable vacation time!

The room was clean and spacious. I wouldn't really call it romantic other than it's private. The pool and hot tub area was nice. The young lady at the front desk was very helpful and kind.

The kid that gives you your wristband for the location was pushy about attending the wyndham club sales pitch. The elevator system was kinda a pain, and one was under construction. No restaurant or bar on property. Was a sketchy area to walk around outside. The 'valet" was self park

The staff is the absolute best part of this property! They were accommodating, always had smiles on, and were just a pleasure. Words do not describe how wonderful all of the staff is here!!

Booking.com allowed me to book a room with a Jacuzzi tub in it and also advertised that the property had a roof top hot tub. When we arrived at the property they informed us that all of these accommodations had been removed and that they informed their third party booking partners. Booking.com did not inform before my arrival that this had taken place though.

Very clean. Short walk to boardwalk/ beach, and cheaper off boardwalk stores/restaurants were also a short walk. Friendly staff. Heated pool. Free washer and dryer.

Pressure to attend timeshare presentation. (Thankfully it wasn't much over the 1hr 1/2 promised time.) Elevators have a nice system, but if you want to take them during check in and check out times, you can easily wait 20-40 minutes for an elevator.
