I liked how everything was in one place. Shops, restaurants, clubs and of course the casino!You never had to leave your hotel if you didn't want to.

With it being so many stores and restaurants, etc, there needs to be more signs to let you know where things are. We came in on the wrong side not knowing and got lost trying to find the check in and even the car! They definitely need more signs up to tell you what parking lot is where and what elevators are needed to get back to the rooms.

The Tropicana was great, the service was very good and it's a great place to stay if you are physically disabled, a lot of ramps and elevators and the rooms are handicap friendly. I loved the restaurants and shops too.

Both the indoor and outdoor pools are closed. While I understand it may be still too cold for the outdoor pool one of the reasons I did book this hotel was to swim in the indoor pool and it was also closed and they don't tell uou this on your website so that was dissapointing. They also only came to clean my room morning i was leaving. I was told unless I need fresh towels they now only clean your room every two days. The bed was sagging considerably on each side.

What breakfast? I had to find breakfast in the overpriced food court.

There were no grab bars in the gorgeous bathroom. Too risky for me falling. Mattress was too high.view was beautiful.

Location was GREAT! didn’t have breakfast there!! But the Restaurant's we went to eat lunch and dinner were fantastic!! I like that the trop has so many places and different things to eat and how easy it is to get to the restaurants,Had a little issue when We arrived, it was super crowded but I could not believe as crowded as it was that they got people in there rooms that fast!! I’ve never seen any hotel as packed as the trop was that day! My room was not what I wanted or requested I kn you can’t always accommodate! But it was my 51st wedding anniversary! I called the front desk and told them I’m looking at a wall outside no VIEW WHAT SO EVER!! well low and behold the young lady and her supervisor changed our room for us a FANTASTIC ROOM AND VIEW!! We would just like to say THANK YOU !!! We normally stay at Oceans where there is a water view in every room, but lately we have been loving the trop!! We will be back we have been at the Tropicana 3 times this year so far staying 3-4nights each time,

The walk from the parking lot to the front desk!

I would like to say thank you to security staff, the reservation desk and everyone that worked in the area. I am epileptic and had a gran mal seizure as I was waiting to pay my room. Security was there with me and my 14 yr old daughter ,my adult son showed up, they did the reservation for me , I was not conscious, so I couldn't do it,and they walked my son and daughter up to the roo., and I was transported to the hospital and would like to thank everyone I don't recall the incident much but I remember holding hands with a security guard. I have no complaints.

The room size was good and clean. The bed was comfortable. The view was outstanding.

The first impression upon entering the hotel garage was that it was extremely dirty in many areas along the walls and layers of dirt on the pipes. When we stayed with you last month, the view directly across from us, revealed how dirty the outside building was. the difference between good and great is attention to details.

Was beautifully clean. We were upgraded to a better suite. I had opted for the upgrade if available but I believe I received an even better upgraded suite.

The walk to the self-parking parking garage was a bit of a hike and very confusing with directions. As I mentioned earlier with the upgrade we received I’m not sure as if it was to compensate the hour long wait in line during check in while all the kiosks were down. I had done the pre check-in earlier that morning and scheduled the time of arrival and was there 20 minutes before but still sat in line for an hour. While some guests mentioned being in line for over an hour an twenty minutes.

I’m not a gambler, but A visit to Carmine’s (a vinnie boom batz restaurant) is a must. Any kind of food or shopping is available right in the hotel. There’s a comedy club and a karaoke bar for night life. You can walk for miles indoors yet the ocean front and boardwalk have direct access. Valet, front desk staff and bell service were all excellent. Conference services for meetings, also excellent.

Everything is way overpriced. Not being able to sit on a balcony from your room was a disappointment. During the 4 day stay, they didn’t come to refresh the towels or make the bed once. A definite decline in hotel service. And internet access is spotty even when you have a network connection. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool there but they weren’t open.

House keeping

Toilet was flushing the bathroom sink was clog also I put a sigh on the door do not disturb and house keeping still when in ..I appreciate the change of towel but it was a sign do not disturb and still when in..also when checking in on Wed july5th valet attend was very rude the one that takes ur luggage very unprofessional and the check in lady at the desk was rude once she ask if I wanted to upgrade and I said no she started helping the other lady without finishing with me and my sis it was my sister..As many time I been to tropicana this was the first time everyone was rude nit polite no customer and when leaving almost an hr before they brought my car to me had to go to one of the guys ND ask them to please get my car..you guys need help
