The bed was very comfortable. The phones need to be updated. Cleanliness was exceptional. The bathroom was clean and powerful shower. The concierge ( customer service) was awesome with explanations for turning the lamp at the desk on!

Offer coupon for breakfast. Ask to become a member to get extra discount or better accommodations. Don’t be pushy but ask if I would like to save money on breakfast or parking .

the outlets were a walking distance, there were so many places around the hotel like restaurants and shopping centers. It was really convenient place to stay. It was really clean and friendly

I Thought The Location To The Train and Shops Were Great. I Enjoyed The Memorabilia Of The Miss America Paget. This May Be Small, The Light In The Close Closet Was A Very Nice Touch. When You Open and Close The Closet Door The Light Came Off and On. Also Check In Was Very Nice. I Can't Remember Her Name.

The Hotel Was A Little Futher Away From The Beach. The Prices In The Gift Shop Were Outrageous. Soda,Water,Candy, Small Can Pringles 52.00 Put Some Of The Stuff Back Still Paying 32.00.

Everything about my stay was perfect. Location could not be better Across from Atlantic City Convention Center and NJ Transit train station. Tun Tavern Restaurant is connected to hotel. Excellent Food and Service. In room coffee and tea maker Plus there is a Starbucks and convenience store in the lobby. All and All GREAT HOTEL AND STAFF

Bar was closed But hotel is surrounded by Tanger Outlets with plenty of food and drinks options. Pool was not available and outside of windows needed a good cleaning

It was well sized & well situated on 'quiet' higher floor close to the elevators. Clean & comfortable - though we couldn't get the in-room coffee maker to work. The room had a Bay view - not always a great feature, but the sunsets over the Bay while we were there were spectacular. Most unexpectedly (but a pleasant surprise & greatly appreciated) the Hotel allowed us to stay a few hours after check-out time without inconvenience or additional charge. (We were caught up watching the Jan. 6th Committee hearing, & didn't want to leave in the middle of such an important event.

Nothing really - about the actual stay or the room & service. One note however: We usually prefer the Sheraton (for access to the train station [I ride the ACS Bike-a-thon] & outlet shopping (spouse shops while I ride]. We usually try to book early in the year (~Feb. Mar.) but often Sheraton appears to have a hold on a significant # of rooms for our desired weekend so we are blocked out. Then occasionally (as happened this year) Sheraton rooms come 'free' at a later date & are available. When we can, we switch (as this year), but that is not always possible.

Bed was very comfortable, staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was clean. Our stay was very relaxing and we would absolutely recommend this hotel to family and friends planning to travel to Atlantic City.

Our only inconvenience the entire stay was that the ice machine on our floor did not work. Other than that we have no complaints at all.

Everything was great. Beautiful room with a view Clean quiet pet friendly (50$ a night xtra) plenty of towels n toiletries provided... fridge n micro wave.. beds were super comfy.. atm in the hotel plus a gift shop. Just wish the pool was open. Still cant understand why its still closed since covid restrictions in nj have been lifted. I also love that the check out time is 12 noon so u dont have to feel rushed!!

Literally the only problem is parking...its terrible. You have to park in the convention Center then walk through to the hotel its a good hike. Don't leave anything in your car or your going to spend about 20 mins walking there n back to get it. You can park at the hotel doors for 15mins to load n unload or dropoff passengers but other than that you have to park really far away. I also don't like that you have to pay 15$ to park even after spending 250+ on the room but i realize a lot of AC hotels do this.
