It was the perfect place to spend our honeymoon! We had an oceanfront view, which was spectacular. The food was amazing, and we ended up getting a couples massage in the Spa that was off the charts!!! We will definitely be back (:

We drove from Philadelphia to Atlantic to see a concert at hotel. Arrived early to walk the boardwalk and maybe dine before the show and when we went to check in about two hours prior to check in our room was ready which was awesome. the room was very clean with a beautiful view from 22nd floor. The bathroom was very nice a very quiet flushing toilet and hot water immediately from sink and shower. The venue for concert was great as was sound system. the casino was clean and crowded but it was a Saturday night.

Had to pay to park, since staying the night it would have been nice to have free parking.

The man who checked us in wasn't very helpful. He checked us in and wanted to send us on our way without direction on how to get yo our room, a map or any information thay would have been helpful, especially it being my first time there. Also, the security who was managing the line for MGK was rude and made us who waited and were in the front, made us go to the back of the line. Some of us went back to the front. That was the most unorganized line of any event I have ever been to. I had 10th in line, then ended up 46 in line because of it.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Hard Rock! We happened to arrive late Sunday, the same night of a concert--do not recommend--finding a parking space was hard, elevators were super slow and no air! We left out later after the rush and had a much different experience. Found easy parking and didn't even need to use the elevator. You do pay $30 to park, but once you check in you get a voucher which allows you to enter/exit as much as you please with no extra charge during your stay. Check-in was a breeze! Honestly, it took us less than 15 mins. Had a great room in the south tower, with a partial ocean view. Room was very clean as was the entire facility. Loved the fragrance they used in the hallways. Though we visited almost every casino along the boardwalk, we did our best at Hard Rock's! Also nice to get some free slot play. I also literally screamed aloud when I saw they had a Sex in the City slot!!! This was/is my absolute favorite slot ever, but haven't been able to find it at any casino in years so this made my stay even better! Can't say enough kind words for the staff here! From the front desk, to security, to housekeeping, everyone was sooooo friendly and polite! Location being right on the boardwalk and across from the Steel Pier Amusement park was perfect. Catch the tram to visit other casinos and sights. We will 100% stay here again!!!

Wouldn't visit the actual Hard Rock Cafe here again. We had an hour wait, which wasn't horrible as we passed the time at the pier and casino, but then we had to wait over an hour for our food (it was about 10:30pm). Food was super basic, service was below par! Won't visit there again (on a side note, the Sugar Factory was great! Make a reservation to avoid a wait).

I enjoyed all of the entertainment. The staff was excellent. The room was decent and the hotel is beautiful. I love the fact that you can find everything you need right in the hotel. I loved all the food options.

There was a dog running in the hallway off the leash (very small dog but i am afraid of all animals). Cigarette smell was very strong. The elevators need to be fixed they sound like they were going to fall apart. one group got stuck in the elevator that was my biggest fear while saying there. Please fix elevators because I would like to come back and stay when the weather gets warm.

Hard Rock Hotel itself was marvelous. Very clean and the staff were always helpful. Room was a great size and bed was so comfortable that we tried figuring out the brand so we could buy one. Enjoyed the live bands at the Hotel. They were better than the venue we were there to see.

I guess this is more about the venue than the actual Hotel. Not even sure who to complain to. We were there to see Flock of Seagulls for the 80's night. The 2nd band, Missing Persons, did not even show up for the concert. We had no idea and Flock of Seagulls was nothing but a two-person "band" who seemed pained to be there. What a disappointing night. We paid Hard Rock almost $600 to stay there and gas getting there and the tickets. What a freaking waste. The Hotel was perfect. It's a shame the venue couldn't deliver the same satisfaction. I've reach out to Ticketmaster with no response from them. Just bad business but really no surprise.

The hotel was wonderful. Very clean, staff was great. The room was awesome, clean, roomy and we had a great view of the boardwalk. Room service great and was better than we expected. Food was awesome. We defiantly recommend the hotel. The casino was also nice, clean and convenient.

The only problem with our room was the hair dryer was broken. I do wish they offered a map of the location; we had trouble finding a few things. Had trouble finding things multiple times and by the time we figured out where things where we were leaving. Would really be nice for a map and things to be labeled more.

centrally located by the boardwalk.. will try to stay during the summer months since not much (to none at all) is happening during winter time. the live band at night is such a fun idea, gives the lobby area a happy atmosphere. thank you to Maximilian of front desk for making me feel so welcome during check in. so pleasant and nice.

I understand it’s for the security of the place and the guests but some of the staff roving around are doing it way too much. one minute, one staff member is offering to help me take my picture (thank you), the next team members I encountered are just looking at me like im about to break something. 🤦‍♂️ and a special shoutout to one of the staff of Alexia’s Pattisserie who made me feel awful during my transaction by just looking at me head to foot. you’re a mean lady, I don’t know why you’re working front of the house.
