I loved that the rooms were very spacious and convenient for my family.

The location is a little far from the casinos and shopping area but not a deal breaker.

I didn’t like the view . we got a view of the parking lot on one of the highest floors , they said in order to get the ocean view with would have to get a double queen bed . With my husband & I two beds would of been a waste and it’s a smaller room the twin queen beds we had a living room area kitchenette the twin is way smaller.. but overall I love the hotel it’s better during the summer or spring when you can take a walk on the board way which is 2 feet away

I was given a room 906 which had a pathway leading beyond the balcony where people could walk and look into my room. Couldn't open my sliding balcony door to let a cool breeze into the room.

The view was beautiful!! I have stayed in many hotels in Atlantic City and my opinion is they have the best view!!! Night view is great!! Huge balcony! Boardwalk right in front with georgous views of brigantine while u sit in Adirondack chairs. The ocean casino is a 10 min walk. The wide sliding glass door and extended glass wall to wall. The room and rug were clean.

There is no suction vent in the bathroom. The mirror fogs up right of way, so I had to shower with the door open, and it still fogged up. ( Luke warm shower) The bed was not too comfortable. Kinda hard. I slept fine, considering. The room needs to be renovated (bed area). It did not look like the picture advertised with a modern look. No freezer in the fridge. Couldn't freeze my water or ice packs for my mini cooler bag. The pool was a nice size, but it had an overwhelming, unbearable smell of clorox (chlorine). The patio area attached to the pool was terrible. It had no view whatsoever. They should have railing like the room balconys instead of high walls to enjoy the spectacular views of brigantine and the Atlantic Ocean along with the row of hotels.

Location amenities kitchen and balcony was a huge plus being that my daughter was with me five months old, so I was able to enjoy myself even while she rested, and also the laundry was perfect. She spit up on all her clothes, so I was able to wash clothes.

Neighbors, kids were bouncing a ball for sometime and it was as if they were in my room, maintenance open my room without my permission about a Clogged toilet, but it was the wrong room made me uncomfortable I couldn’t yell out I’m coming because my baby was sleep but he didn’t wait for me to get to the door and I was inappropriately dressed

I love everything about flagship the views location the staff (well a good majority of them anyway ) the rooms the balconies my favorite beach Oscar McClinton park grrrr8 safe clean friendly neighborhood

the only thing I don’t like about flagship is that they have “Security” come up to your room when you are checking out . I feel having “security” do this routine checkout reminder/check out rounds makes guests feel intimidated threatened as if they did something wrong and it also looks to other guests as tho there is a problem or issue with the guest who is only checking out yet has security banging on their door ?!? check out reminders should *ONLY be done by the maid staff and or hotel manager ~ security does not need to be involved nor should be involved or take any part in anything unless security is absolutely needed !

The location is perfect for families, quick access to the board walk and parking available is wonderful. The rooms are very good in size and one of the few hotels that have balconies which is a huge plus! The view is amazing at night. My family and & I have been coming here for years!

Just wish they had an outdoor pool as well as the indoor pool just so people have options

Clean room, nice view, food close by mini golf close by beach was about a 5 min walk good spot for kids away from the gambling. Pools were nice and clean, love the music being played every where friendly staff other then in the grill restaurant. Nice size bathroom! Would stay again The boardwalk shops and casinos were a 25ish min walk. We were ok with that as we had younger kids but some may not like that.

Beds very uncomfortable and loud getting on and off, elevators took forever. Would like to be a bit closer. Would like the pool to be open earlier then 9 as my kids were up early & ready to go lol

We booked a deluxe studio and initially they tried to give us a basic studio but I knew the difference and wouldn’t let them. The lady tried to tell me they were the same but I knew better. After we got that straightened out she took some time but she eventually found what turned out to be very nice deluxe studio. The check in process was very slow because they don’t let you check in before 4 so at 4:00 there is a line of people checking in. Otherwise I was happy with everything else. Parking was reasonable and the walk to the beach was reasonable.

I was immediately accommodated when I asked for a lower floor. The room smelled fresh and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Called down to ask for more towels and they came right away with an abundance of extra clean towels. Staff is super polite and responsive. Most importantly was the cleanliness of the room and the view was beautiful.

Didn’t expect that I’d have to be paying for parking. That was a huge disappointment. Also the toilets are too low. I’m 5’4 and the toilets are basically for toddlers. Could have some condiments such as salt and pepper packets as well as ketchup, mayonnaise and mustard. Those are staples along with the sugar and coffee that was provided. Not many tv channels and the picture was gritty
