The location is one block from beach. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and updated. And the pool was clean.

I felt the room was too small to accommodate the number of people they advertised it could hold. The only mirror was a tiny one in bathroom and it was placed so high you could only see your face in it. They need to add a second full length mirror in the main sleeping area so multiple people could get ready. The room was so small it was difficult to navigate without constantly hitting the beds. And the beds should be moved so the air conditioner is not blowing directly on it. The pool is right on the highway and a little unnerving.

this motel has everything you will need if you are looking to have a low key beach trip. It has a pool with a rinse off station (great for getting the sand off from the beach), each room has a bench outside of it so you can enjoy the views of the surrounding area. There is a bagel and beyond located right next door or convenient quick food grabs and a candy shoppe across the boulevard.

Parking is tight, large trucks may struggle to get in and out (but there’s parking across the road as well)

It was in a good location, plenty of parking, easy access to room.great AC and shower water pressure. Mini fridge. We drove to Beach Haven for beach time, Bay Village. We ate at Daddy Os and it was exceptional!!! Expensive but a special treat.

Partners a few doors down second night. They were loud and made a mess. Not motels fault of course.

The room was very clean. It is a basic place to stay but very pleasant. I hate spending a fortune for a room. Shower was good, bed comfortable. I would stay there again. The point of a vacation is what you are doing outside the room.....this place fit the bill.

It really met our expectations and price was just right. It was an older place but The update of the room was great.

The accommodations were very nice with a nice pool and the motel was in a laid-back location that was close to the beach. There was an excellent coffee, bagel, breakfast and lunch take-out place a couple of blocks away.

There was only one bar/restaurant within walking distance but Uber and Lyft solved that.

The rooms were nicely appointed the furniture was new. The bed was comfortable in the bathroom was very nice.

I’m not sure they washed my pillow covers or the sheets. I thought I smelled someone else’s head on the pillow case also, I’m not sure they actually really swept under the bed.

The beds were good quality, the air conditioner was quiet, and the bathroom floor was heated. The fridge also worked fine and the microwave came in handy.

The toilet paper was the cheapest I've ever seen, and while there were two hooks for towels, there was no place to hang a hand towel. Also, the place had hardly any storage. 2 hangers and 3 hooks; jammed my suitcase next to the bed.

We booked very last minute (the morning of) and we’re pleasantly surprised! Staff was super friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and truly just a block away from the beach. You can also buy beach passes for a discounted rate which was much appreciated!!

Only down side is that it’s on a super busy road so you hear the cars at night. If you have a white noise machine or headphones you’ll be good to go.

We were on the third floor. No elevator. We would definitely choose second floor next time. Literally a 2-minute walk to the beach. We had a double room with two queen beds meant for 4 adults, but it was too cramped just for me and my husband. Appreciated the balcony and bench for each room as you could sit outside and get some fresh air. A 14-minute drive to Beach Haven, where all of the main attractions and eateries are. We would stay here again. It was a lot more quiet than I thought given it’s a motel. We felt safe and I was able to sleep undisturbed all 5 nights we were here. Staff was accommodating. The pool is nice but small, overlooks the main road. But who needs the pool when you have the entire ocean just a couple of blocks away? All rooms face the pool. You can rent beach chairs and umbrellas for $5 from the office and get beach badges for $3 per person, although we only got asked once out of 4 to show our badges at the beach, as there is no staff checking badges at the entrance. Lifeguards leave at 5:00 pm daily.

Room too small, but beds comfy and reasonably clean. Also good price for the location. We would stay here again.

The staff was so nice. Comfortable clean rooms. Pool was great for the kids!

Pillows were a little uncomfortable but I'll just bring my own next time we stay because we are definitely coming back!!!
