Legacy Vacation Resorts - Brigantine Beach

The location was great. Beautiful and quiet. Right on the beach, with an ocean view. Yet still only a few minute drive from the hustle and bustle of Atlantic City.

Thats hard to answer...The staff was excellent. Checking in and out was a breeze. You could tell they really did care about your comfort during your stay. I was even given a free reusable, metal, water bottle with Legacy Resorts printed on it. For the price, cleanliness, and location, it was well worth the value. If I had to NOT like something... I suppose the room was a bit outdated and could do with an update, but it was very well-preserved for the buildings age.

Love the location. Very family-friendly beach.

Lack of parking.....very few... The restaurant customers are accommodating it. Hassle to go somewhere with your car cause when you come back there is no parking anymore.

The location was perfect, and all staff were exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and kind. Proximity to local restaurants, including LaScala's Beach House on site was great. We liked the hotel's recycling program and the water bottle gift upon check-in, and the water cooler in the lobby was awesome, and we used it each day. The beach tags were appreciated, and they let us use them our last day after checkout. Thank you!

The room Telephone was taped together with duct tape. The lobby restrooms could have been checked more frequently throughout the day each day. There was no soap or toilet paper our last day.

The hotel is right on the beach, the rooms are big and clean, and there is a bar/restaurant right downstairs that has live music.

The elevators are 100 years old and a little unnerving. The one on the east side of the building has the front office phone number posted inside. Because it breaks down frequently, I assume. Sometimes they just shut it down so then there’s only one elevator in service which leads to longer wait times. Not a huge deal but if you’re asking for negatives, that’s my answer.

The staff at the front desk was very nice and the people at the parking, the beach was clean. Rooms are also clean and spacious, location is quiet and a good place to relax and unwind. We will definitely come back.

Didn't like one bar tender at the Beach House. I and my partner were the only Asian people there and when we ordered for beer, he just ignored us, The second time we asked, he started to get mad at my boyfriend. We didn't say anything, we just left. It's obvious that he only wanted to cater the Non Asian people.

1. The proximity to the beach was great. 2. The majority of the staff members were helpful and attentive. 3. It was convenient to have a kitchen to cook meals in the room.

1. The carpet in the room was old and not clean. 2 No place to wash the sand off feet when returning from the beach. 3. Since you have coin operated washers and dryers, and arcade, it would have been more convenient to have a change machine or change available at the front desk.

The staff was very friendly and relaxed. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything seemed to be quite new. we had an apartment at the corner and a gorgeous few of the ocean. Even though we were there what probably was one of the worst weekends of the season (we caught the extension winds and rain from hurricane Ian), I still so enjoyed the view on the ocean.

The structure of the hotel is nearly 100 years old ( if I understood correctly) and this is what it is. But for me the location right at the beach, the view 6 floor, and the very well equipped kitchen and friendliness of the people weight more for me.

The Girl at the front desk was really busy and she did a great job getting everyone checked in asap. The Room was Nice. The View was great. The entire hotel was Very Clean. Staff was extremely pleasant.

Only one thing I could think of. We arrived Early Friday evening around 5;30. Apparently there were quite a few bookings for Friday night. There was one girl at the desk and she killed it but it took almost 30 minutes to get checked in. I think a second person at the desk would have been helpful. ( maybe someone called out )

I loved that the room had anything you could possibly need. a full size fridge, stove with oven (not just a hot range), cutting boards, utensils, dish washer, self dispensing shampoo conditioner & shower gel. It even had an amazing view of the ocean along with a safe plus a walk in closet. FYI Just remember to bring an HDMI cables with you. That is if you choose to bring a gaming system with you.

The only downside is they only have 2 elevators and 1 is out of service. It makes the wait very long for the elevator. However, it’s not a deal breaker for me.

Great location, beautiful building and the staff was friendly. The only issue I had was I had an unfortunate family emergency and had to leave before I could technically even check in at 4 pm. I was not looking for a refund at all, however I feel it would have been appropriate for the manager to offer a discount or anything for my next visit. Other than that I have nothing but excellent things to say. Anyone staying would be very surprised how nice it is to stay there. The location is literally unreal as well, you are basically on the beach.

Just the lack of consideration for the situation I was dealing with as I mentioned above. I was forced to leave before I could technically check in at 4 pm. I was not even offered a discount for the next time I visit... It is what it is, I will absolutely be back.
