We requested 3 rooms together, and while one of the room was a little further down the hall, they were certainly all in close proximity, and all members of our group were easily able to interact with one another while we were there. The bistro was closed during our visit, but they had a well stocked vending area, so it wasn't a big deal for our group.

The hotel has had to change the type of rooms available, and the rooms which previously had been suites, with pull out couches, now no longer have that function. The hotel has updated this information, booking.com has not. We arrived assuming that we would be able to utilize the pull out couches, only to be told that they no longer offered that style of room.

The staff was friendly, the rooms and facilities were clean, parking was not difficult to find on site like previous reviews mentioned but we were there on a week night with no event at the stadium. We ordered food and it was quick and convenient. the hotel was easy to find and close to our attractions. Carts were available to load our stuff on. The bed was comfortable. We had no issues with the room temperature. We didn’t attempt the pool or ask about it so I’m not sure if it is still open or not.

I loved how the front desk attendees were very responsive! And the housekeepers were very kind also! Thank you for honoring my request and remembering when I was so tired to remember to mention it!! Also, quick response to front desk for toiletries!

The pillows could have been better and maybe an extra heavier blanket. Also better outlets next to the bed, I had to charge my phone across the room. Not a huge issue but was slightly disappointed by that. (Bring your own body wash/ shampoo/conditioner as it was not filled in mine but I had some of my own thankfully). I in no way am bashing the hotel but hopefully this will help others to be prepared for the little things!

We stayed at the hotel because it is located near the MetLife Stadium (we had concert tickets). So the location was perfect. Upon arrival we found out that it was possible to use a shuttle van that was taking people from the hotel to the stadium and back. It was great! Only the price should have been cheaper. Also we really appreciate that the room was clean, did not smell, the staff was really nice (the shuttle van driver was rude though).

The price for the room was a bit too high. It was a special event for us so we were happy with everything. But on a regular basis we would not choose a hotel with this price.

My room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was decent but a little overpriced in my option but having the option to have breakfast was nice. The staff was friendly.

The parking lot around the back of property. I don’t like having to walk far at night in an unfamiliar place and I was with a young child so that made me uncomfortable.

I think we missed our breakfast. Was it included? lol. The room's inviting design and cleanliness created a relaxing ambiance. The amenities, included a mini fridge and coffee machine. The staff's hospitality was courteous. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay..

good location, close to bus stop which will take you to time square in 20mins.

no prompt response from the staff. Too slow with any kind of room services. stayed for 2 nights and usually based on Marriott standards they would clean up the rooms. but no one showed up.

The hotel is very clean. I was charged an extra fee that I wasn’t supposed to, but the receptionist was helpful in making sure it was refunded. The bistro is cool too with friendly staff, and the breakfast (not complimentary ) made by the chef was yummy. The hostel has free parking .The hotel is just a few minutes drive from the Nickelodeon Universe.

The bistro was closed at about 4:30 for dinner( I don’t know if this was normal or because of the COVID), but we were able to find somewhere to eat about 7 minutes away from the hotel.

Great and friendly staff, needed microwave provided one within an hour. Clean hotel no smells, stains or excessive noises. Great location to fun activities.

Free Wi-Fi super slow, paid Wi-Fi wasn’t much better as someone who consistently works out of the hotel this is a bother. Had to call IT on 4 different occasions for problems connecting, slow internet and dropping. Granted they handle and provide great service, but it’s annoying to call so often.

Ingrid checked us in and was lovely and helpful. Our group had three rooms. All the rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The lounge/ bar was nice. We had an evening cap before retiring for the night and it was very good. Location was great as we had traveled for a birthday party at Medieval Times. All in all a great trip and hotel.

I tend to be ocd and noticed the walls were textured and looked like they could use a wipe down.
