Generally ok, clean and functional, but clearly needs updating in many ways. No soft close toilet seats in 2023? could not find USB outlets and regular outlets for chargers were hard to find and access; again, 10+ years behind the curve. could not find the wi-fi password, again, time to catch up. Check in staff was superb, bed, linens, pillows all very good, ok tv channels, nice river view. Decent value.

Everything went well. Beautiful hotel, with Very pleasant staff, would definitely stay there again! First impressions are vital to any hotel and I was impressed. I am a travel agent checking out various hotels in the area and I am happy to report that I would recommend my clients to stay there. After reading some of the other reviews, especially about the luggage carts, microwaves, and fridges, while that was not an issue for us we did ask and receive the luggage cart and when enquiring about a microwave, housekeeping brought one up right away. The phones in the room didn't work, again not a deal breaker for us because we don't use hotel room phones. I was pleased with the overnight stay and would stay again.

The only thing that could have been better is a longer stay to utilize some of the other amenities, pool, bar, etc, but overall I was pleased with what I saw!

It's location in the Philadelphia/Camden County area is terrific for me- many friends right in that area. My husband and I have stayed at this building under many owners and have always had a pleasant time. Also, it's always been clean and comfortable.

Not a dislike really, just was disappointed there was not a wider variety of food at the bistro. The coffee shop was also closed but there was a waiter in the bistro who made an excellent latte in the morning.

When I booked I thought there was a refrigerator in the room. There wasn’t.

Staff is great personality i had no problem with any staff .they didnt guve me any problem to add one more night to our stay house keepers are great cudos to everybody.

The Pool was Dirty from the night before had foam all in the water from like a football people smoking marijuana by the pool side a group of kids running and kicking ppl doors the Tub in my room the drain was sticking up the Air conditioning wasn't bloqing a lot of cool air other then that we had a nice time

The hotel is clean and updated. It is being renovated, and some changes are already evident in the furniture and some lobby decoration.

The last time I stayed here (one month ago), there was a refrigerator and microwave. This time there was not. The food I brought with me spoiled (pout). When asked why there was no refrigeratgor or micdrowave, the front desk replied: "We are replacing all these items, so first we removed them. Later will will install better ones." Excuse me.. but why not leave the existing ones in place till the replacement arrives???????

The bed was very comfortable and the room was large. The furniture was nice. It was very quiet.

There was black mold caked onto the vent the air-conditioned air came out of. It was a hot day and the air conditioning was set at 60, it was much warmer than 60 in the room.

The room was exceptionally larger than standard hotel rooms. Very safe. Upscale clientele. Special requests like extra towels were immediately fulfilled.

The room needs more lights! The separate bathroom is a waste without an extra sink; plenty of room for that.

Beds/pillows are comfortable and clean. We check for bedbugs everywhere we stay, never had a problem with this hotel. Also, stays were very quiet.

Room vents look like they could have been cleaned both times we stayed. Also, a little outdated but nice.
