Waterfront Grill was excellent, we ate there everyday at least once. We liked the water and coffee that was available. The location was great as far as scenery goes and close by areas to walk. We were told that Camden was a very dangerous place but we did feel safe staying at the hotel.

Some dirty hand towels were left hanging on shower curtain bar from previous occupants. I found those the first morning I took a shower. We did report that and it was taken care of, it was just not a good first impression. Also we had a river view that was spectacular on about a 1/3 of our window the other was spotted terribly and ruined a clear view of the city and bridge. My daughter made comment it looked like a petri dish. We did tell the front desk attendant; we were told they would let the window cleaners know.

Amazing View. Totally clean Hotel inside and out. Restaurant inside was really nice the cook even Stopped out. Very nice person Great Good.

Reviews commented on Atv,s Apparently they have a Problem there with it. The police Usually Block of the Streets So they don't have Access. Not that Night. ( I blame the City/ The Police/ The Mayor for these Issues Not the Hotel. They where out to 3:00 am up and Down the water Front. And the city & police don't no this. With no licensed Vehicles. Or Insurance I'm sure. Well the police got there paycheck Didn't they. 💯

Most of the hotel's windows seem to be towards the river so the views to the Delaware river, Philadelphia skyline and the Benjamin Franklin Bridge are amazing. The hotel is new, so it is clean and modern, also spacious, and with ample parking space in the back. Room also had a USB charging dock. The hotel also has a nice restaurant and the staff is really friendly and helpful. Hotel is also situated right at the waterfront, both the Adventure Aquarium and Battleship New Jersey are within walking distance, as well as the ferry landing to the city. A walk along the waterfront promenade in the evening is beautiful and the area seems safe - lots of couples and families hang out at the waterfront during the evening/early night.

If anything, then the carpet in the hallway was a bit too soft and deep which makes it a bit more difficult to pull along luggage. Still manageable with 2-wheel luggage.

always clean and comfortable

I always request 4 extra pillows that they never have a problem giving me but this time I was told no, that I could only get 1 extra. also I always reserve a room on booking.com and I told the man at the front counter this and he took my credit card (which I assume for the hold on the card like usual) but instead he charged me for a room again (instead of $300, I was charged $600) i waited for the weekend to pass to see if my card would be reimbursed but it wasn’t, I had to call the hotel on Tuesday to have it resolved and it was hard for her to understand what was going on but eventually she took care of it and fixed the problem. I never had this issue before so I’m not sure if he just needed more training or what.

The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. I was so so pleased with the level of cleanliness in the hotel. The smell of the hotel was so fresh and everything from the walls, carpet, elevators, hallways, suite, etc. was exceptional! I would highly recommend this hotel for family, business, leisure or whatever occasion. And let’s not forget the wonderful location. OMG! I had a room with waterfront view and it was so decent and especially at night. looking out the window at the lights on Ben Franklin bridge and right across the river is Delaware Ave in Philly! just so pleased!

It’s walking distance to the concert venue. Very clean, very friendly staff.

Very expensive for a place to sleep for one night. The kitchen closes very early, 10 pm on. Saturday night, after a concert! Did not receive the online receipt I was supposed to get. I also wasn’t offered any type of online check in prior to my arrival.

I liked how clean and new the property looked and felt. It was very up to date and beautiful. The view of the Ben Franklin bridge over to Philly was amazing. Staff was great handling the issue I had checking in. Room was spacious, clean, and beautiful. My other friend and I fit comfortably.

The prices for breakfast/lunch/dinner were pretty pricey. Restaurant is only open till 10 PM and Bar 11 PM when we stayed. Had to pay $15 for parking.

This is a very nice hotel. The staff are all very polite and accommodating also. The view of the bridge and river….fabulous! The restaurant meals are soo good, too.

We called down to the front desk and asked for more clean towels. We were told that they would send some up but that never happened.

Facility was clean. Staff was friendly. Bar and Cafe had friendly staff and food and drinks were excellent. Rooms were clean and the view as wonderful. Outside seating is relaxing. Will definitely be returning.

Cannot really think of anything I didn't like, except the noise on the riverside street from the probably non facility visitors. this time the bikes and music was excessively loud.

The entire hotel is very clean. The entire staff from the front desk to the housekeeping services was very friendly. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The view of the Delaware River Waterfront and Philadelphia skyline is great.

When I returned from the concert, I ordered a glass of wine from the bar and it was served in a red solo cup. I did not like that.
