Free parking, very kind staff, VERY clean room! Also very safe as you need key cards to enter the building. Staff was very very helpful in fixing a reservation that a third-party had messed up.

The only negative feedback I have is that our TV did not work and the Wi-Fi did not work at all either. I saw several reviews about the Wi-Fi never working and I chose to stay there anyways because I personally did not need Wi-Fi but if you need to work during your stay, the Internet is not accessible here.

Pleasantly surprised! Seems to be a new hotel, or at least newly renovated - everything was very clean, very nice looking. There was a full kitchen in my room: big fridge, stovetop, even a dishwasher. I only stayed for one night after working late in Philly so had no need for the kitchen, but if that’s something that would help you in your travels, this is the place. Unfortunately there is no coffee maker, that’s something I would think they’d include. Instead of the dishwasher maybe…. But there are lots of other positives: The desk staff were very friendly, helpful, accommodating, efficient. No carpeting - just clean floors, so you feel safe walking barefoot (carpets in hotel rooms are never clean). You can open the window a little to get fresh air, not just recirculated air conditioning. And a good price, when I booked.

As mentioned: no coffee maker (tho a Starbux less than half a mile away); mattress a little too firm for me, but I’m old.

Clean Location

The internet was not stable or reliable Some of the front desk staff were very friendly. Others won’t look up and even say hello. I was struggling to open the doors to get the luggage carrier and 2 front desk staff sat there and watched me without offering to hold the door or anything else.

Hotel is pet friendly which is fine. However I would suggest pets, especially dogs be kept on the first floor. Our room was in the 2nd floor and the room directly above us had a medium to large dog which ran sound the room a great deal including very early in the morning. Needless to say it didn’t help getting a good nights sleep.

The room was clean and convenient and exceeded my expectations. Also it was very affordable!

The internet did not work most of the time and with having to pay for the faster internet I thought that would make it work better but unfortunately there were still constant issues where it just wouldn't connect.

Very friendly front desk staff, however, I did not receive a receipt for my room. Have tried calling the front desk but the phone keeps ringing and no one picks up.

location very good..also close to other places to travel.. very comfortable beds, lay out great for cooking big refrigerator, pots,pans spoons cups included but wait... a dish washer..cant beat that...and storage very good..wow very impressed..

well not much just a little dusty like housekeeping has not been in wiping things down especially in bathroom tub..and maybe due to covid restrictions but hey still great hotel.

No complimentary things like your notebook at the side of the end table pin different body soaps or shampoo they didn't have that on the counter like you surprise but other than that I had a wonderful stay

Location was good and felt safe there. Happy that it is pet friendly. Rooms were clean.

No breakfast available, only vending machines. No coffee pot in room; would have liked that instead of a dishwasher . Would have appreciated more towels.

The ladies at the front desk do a great iob! Especially Desiree!!! She is always kind and works hard to keep the lobby clean

There is no night staff to answer the phone even if you call the number at night
