Overall the stay was decent - not exceptional but nice for a quick get-away. We had a nice time and would probably try it out again at some point. It was clean - I bought Lysol and cleaning supplies just in case. While I did use them, it was mainly for my own peace of mind.

A nob on the jacuzzi was broken which may have impacted the strength of the jets - but we made due. In attempting to get the jacuzzi started there wasn't a stopper in the jacuzzi. I called the front desk to find out how we were suppose to stop it up and the man answering was a bit abrupt. I eventually figured it out myself after being told he would be around to our suite within the hour. The same gentleman was the one at check-in and even then he was less than personable.

Everything was good. Loved the fireplace and the huge suites with huge double showers. Slept really comfortably with no outside noise to interrupt, because the location is perfect, it's right off the highway.

The carpets in rooms #131 & #132 need to be changed. Awful huge stains in both suites.

Nice walk-in shower. Clean bathroom. Jacuzzi clean and ready. Nice bungalow units with added privacy. Good atmosphere and little distractions.

TV not working because somebody walked off with the HDMI cable. That was fixed in a reasonable time. The house service should just make sure after each check-out that all utilities are in working order.

This is a quiet beautiful place for a retreat. We stay here all the time. It is one of the cleanest places we come too!

Normally the room is exceptionally clean except for this trip. The room had ants and wasn’t cleaned very well before we got there.

The peace n quiet, bed was very comfortable. Very clean and the staff was very friendly.

Tried to do fire place and didn't kno that you had to get a log n purchase that for 10 more dollars. Didn't find out til last nite of stay. They never told me I had to call and ask. I felt the money you pay to stay that log should be included.

Jacuzzi was nice and decent size, despite the reviews. My husband is 6'1 and as long as we sat angled we fit great. Loved the showers! We rented a smoking room, so we didn't expect absolute perfection. A few small burn holes in comforter (which would be a problem if I rented a non smoking room). Beds were wonderfully comfortable! Reading the reviews I was nervous about the trip and am absolutely glad I went. Will be going back for sure!!!

Only issue with the room is that the TV was stuck on 1 awful porn channel. Thankfully, after reading the reviews we decided to bring our 32" smart TV so we didn't complain about the TV, as I'm sure they would have moved us.

it was a little outdated in decoration, and there’s only one ice machine on the whole property and it’s in the front lobby, so if u were assigned to a back condo by the time your significant other com s back the butter must be about her

The room with the hearts the hot tub the round bed and the shower went there for ny one year anniversary with my husband it was just the romantic getaway I was looking for

We couldn't use the fireplace was a additional charge for the wood we were looking forward to that

The room looked beautiful 🤩 and spacious.

The sheets were dirty and the faucet for the jacuzzi wasn’t working properly I had to put force to cut it off.

Requested and paid for a room with a hot tub and couldn't use it cause it was dirty, major turn off. And I paid extra for it. Not ok, not professional. Also some ceiling lights weren't covered or working. There were exposed wires. Expected the room to be cleaner and little more upscale
