Location was very convenient. There is plenty of free parking. Breakfast was a nice perk with a good variety of basic breakfast choices. Staff members were helpful and professional.

Hotel is located right next to the highway and our room unfortunately faced the highway. The traffic, especially the trucks, were very loud. We experienced a "fire drill" at 2am one night because a resident pushed the fire alarm instead of the button to let them into the hotel after midnight. Better signage is needed to prevent guests from pushing the wrong button and causing the entire hotel to have to evacuate at 2am.

Location worked well for me as I was exploring the area. Room was very clean, as was the bathroom and kitchenette. I wasn't expecting cutlery, dishes etc so that was a pleasant surprise. I could easily have stayed longer with the ability to prepare simple foods myself. Breakfast was just ok, but because the rooms have kitchenettes you can easily prepare something for yourself. The coffee in the lobby was pretty good. There was a comfy patio just off the breakfast room with tables and chairs, and even grills if guests wanted to bring their own food to barbeque. If I had stayed longer I would have used the laundry room, which appeared to be well maintained with several coin-operated washers and driers. A little bit pricier than other hotels in the area but worth it IMO. Very comfortable and pleasant, and the staff were very pleasant as well.

A relatively large room with adequate spaces (counters, benches, etc.) to open suit cases. Also, the bathroom had enough counter space to layout all the equipment and chemicals thought necessary to think oneself beautiful.

No shelter at the entrance to stop the car and unload passengers and luggage during the storm occurring at the time. Therefore, our stuff and both** of us got unnecessarily cold and wet when we arrived. **. Could have been just one person with protection.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained inside and out. The reception staff was great. I had a problem with the TV & the wonderful gentleman from the front desk came right up (it was a tripped circuit breaker).

There is a $20 Service Fee charged to my card and I don't know why. I didn't use or buy anything. These types of charges are very deceptive and pit the hotel a bad light.

Very comfortable and had everything we could need. we checked in with a charming, friendly young man whose name I forgot to write down, but he also checked us out this morning. he was worth the price of admission.

Breakfast is only okay. Also, it’s awkwardly located on 31 North and going south requires a little inconvenience.

Staff very friendly and breakfast awesome Room was awesome too with a very nice kitchen and full size fridge Love this place. If you wanted they had 2 huge grills outside on a very nice patio if you wanted to grill out that is really cool and nice to have, plenty of tvs in the great room

1st time staying it was clean. I felt comfortable having my baby there with me.

I did like the fact that breakfast finish at 10am. it’s hard to get children down in time for breakfast when kids gets up at 9:30.

there was an odd smell in hallway, and in the room, door was stuck, had to pull hard I tried to change my reservation to a different day, even offered them more money to switch the day, they declined.

Outdoor patio area which included fire pit & 2 grills. Our group was able to gather in the large lobby area which included Wi-Fi & multiple tv’s. Beautiful hotel & staff was great!

Breakfast could use some improvement. Need more than 2 carts for luggage. Dident enjoy people bringing thier dogs to Breakfast. Or atleast sit outside with them. Shower head was clogged and hard to turn
