Hilton Newark Airport

Initially I was a little upset that we had to wait an extra day to get home to Florida from our vacation in Paris. In the end it turned to be a blessing! The beds were wonderfully comfortable as well as the pillows and the quiet coolness of the room. We were able to move our exhausted selves onto the bus provided by the hotel then just crawl in a comfy bed and get over jetlag. The hotel is very conveniently located next to Newark Airport.

The Breakfast was confusing...Booking.com said it was included when we booked this hotel, We asked at the hotel to double check before we sat down to breakfast. The waitress checked at the front desk and said we had a $50 voucher for breakfast....but in the end we got an extra charge for breakfast from the hotel after we arrived home!!! This would keep me from booking this hotel again!!! Bookings.com, please figure this out!!!!

I needed a room to spend the night. They have an airport shuttle, which is so convenient. Beds were really comfortable.

There's a specific place where you have to take the shuttle. I arrived late night and the Air train that takes you to that specific place was closed. There isn't any other way to get there, which I think is ridiculous. Although they made their shuttle pick me up somewhere else within the airport, they should definitely plan in advance if the Air Train is closed. I didn't have a good time trying to figure out how to get to the hotel.

Hotel is very close to Newark Airport, convenient suttle and parking on site is provided 24 hours. Room is comfy and noiseless from the airport operations.

Due to Covid, Food and Beverage services were very limited, no room service provided. I spent 35 minutes trying to order from the restaurant downstairs. Food was good, expect small portions.

Staff and Location (near the airport) and shuttle (very efficient) / the restaurant was also good and the room was clean and spacious.

Room service was not available during the day, this was not very good. The location is appropriate for someone with flights cancelled and layovers, but it's not a pretty place.

The breakfast. I asked to serve me fresh decaf coffee and the my brought me old cold decaf twice. Finally they made a fresh hot one. Also I usually take Uber to go to the airport. I decided to take the shuttle. The hotel shuttle. The driver was rude

the Hilton staff were extremely helpful. I had a cancelled flight and was up to 30hrs of no sleep. they checked me in early where o slept before my next flight. the bed was comfortable, room was superb & the airport transfers were top notch.

Soundproof is on point. No noise whatsoever. Comfy bed . Room is spot clean. Nice view from the window. The airport shuttle is free and very efficient. Only 10 minutes from the airport

Consider removing the bathtubs and those ugly shower curtains and replace with a simple shower with glass doors

Room service? No menu, no answer on the phone. However, room service was delivered to a neighbouring room.later that night.

The hotel is easy to access from the highway. Pleasant property considering the area it's in. Nice welcoming lobby. Clean facility and room. Comfy beds. Bathroom appeared to be clean and it was comfortable. We felt safe waiting outside. It's literally across the street from the airport which is convenient. Starbucks and snacks in the lobby.

I didn't like that there wasn't a fridge or microwave in the room. I didn't think to check this because I have found them to be standard in most hotel rooms. I also didn't like the airport pick up service. They drop you off at your terminal but they don't pick you up there. You have to take the sky train to a specific area to be picked up,, which would have been exhausting after a long day of traveling with a senior citizen and small child. Instead I took a cab back to the hotel to retrieve my car.

Close location to the airport. Quiet, clean, comfy bed. Nice restaurant with cheery staff greeting weary travelers whose flight was canceled! I would definitely stay here again.
