No Breakfast. Location great. We booked specifically for park and fly.

Very upset with booking.com and Marriott about no park and fly available when we arrived. We should have booked directly and saved a significant amount of money.

The facilities and the rooms are great. Staff is amazing

location, very limited to none access to public transport. You are dependent on taxis or hotel shuttle

Booking.com had old information regarding Courtyards airport shuttle. it caused us a longer wait than needed, so that wasn't fun but that's on BOOKING.COM not Courtyard. Also nowhere on our reservation was the name Marriot referenced so that was also misleading. So a 1 star for Booking and a 5 start for Courtyard Marriot.

Bed was comfy, room was fine for a night near the airport.

It was before 2am, the hotel shuttle was waiting, engine running, but locked. At 2:40 someone was able to get through to the hotel directly to ask where the driver was. Turns out he was in the van the whole time just ignoring us waiting. I had to ask him to help me with my bag and he told me that I hadn’t been waiting as long as I said as he’d only been there a few minutes - which just wasn’t true. The was no apology or anything! I didn’t get to my room until after 3am as the was a line at check in and only one person working (there wouldn’t have been such a line if the shuttle was running as advertised) The room itself was expensive for the service I received.

Only for a short overnight stay - arrived at midnight and left at 5:30 am - the room was crisp, clean and inviting as was the lobby. Information regarding shuttle to airport was perfect.

There wasn’t a complementary bottle of water in the room and coffee in the lobby available for early morning travelers!

The room was clean and comfortable. The "breakfast sandwich" seemed made to order and was quite delicious.

The bar, lobby service setup was rather basic. Limiting an included breakfast to include only one beverage, seems rather chintzy considering. Either OJ or coffee, to include both you must pay for one.

Friendly staff, decently secure parking, comfortable and spacious rooms, and more unique choices in the snack market than I usually see. I traveled from DFW to Newark and it was nice to have such a speedy check in process so I could get to my room and refresh. Location is great - easy to navigate if you aren’t from the area.

Hotel is a little older, water spots and basic cosmetic damage - but I stayed for the proximity to the airport and it’s a comfortable clean bed, so all my boxes were checked.

The bed was extremely comfortable and we couldn’t hear a sound even though we were so close to the airplane and the highway. We really appreciated the ability to have a dark quiet room so close to the airport.

I didn’t like the limited menu when we paid for a meal with the room. We should’ve had access to the complete menu.
