I liked the remodel of the rooms and floor.

I did not like that I was placed on a floor where the remodel was still in progress and I was staying 4 nights. Also some of the remodel details weren't done. The shower leaks in Rm 205 because they did not seal the metal and tile with water sealant so it wouldn't leak on the floor. I had to place a rolled up towel at the base of the shower and floor to seep up the water. The main light by the door did not work. Entering a dark room and not being able to turn on light isn't safe for women. The water in the sink area did not work either. The faucet was broken. The room windows leaked air and need to be sealed also.

Comfy bed, quiet, and spacious. Bathroom was clean.

This was our second time staying. The first time we went, they had bacon but this time they didn't have bacon, so I was a little disappointed. Room service came in the morning at 8 am when we didn't even ask. The staff tried to open the door. Thank god we had our lock in place! They need to make sure they communicate which room checked out or not.

That it had a pool. They had fast customer service .

They didn't have towels to dry off when you got out of the pool. It was under construction so it didn't look as nice. And me and my family don't eat pork but that's all they had so we didn't get to eat for free . The fruit and other food did not taste good .

It’s a lot nicer on the inside, and it appears on the outside. The curtains look musty from the outside, but it was so clean and I love your rules that there is no smoking thank you and later check out time is very courteous.

I really thought it was clean inside. I like the fact that you had a little bar and I love your standards and rules.

The entire staff was wonderful! They were extremely accommodating and welcoming!! By the end of my stay, they felt like friends. They helped make my stay there during the Christmas Holiday very happy!! The spacious rooms were suites and very comfortable. Great coffee in the room and downstairs “bar “ always hit the spot!!

The staff was extremely helpful, the room was beautiful ❤️ it was a suite!. The pool Awesome! And the continental breakfast was great! Thanks again for all your service! We will be back and we will be referring our family and friends to your hotel for our family visits..

There wasn't anything that we didn't like. There was always someone to answer any questions.

Liked the temperature control in the room. Need an outlet with a hardwired nightlight in the bathroom. Mattress was comfortable but need new/better pillows.

Living area (with the couch / desk / wetbar / mini-fridge was really not useful.

The location is excellent, I was able to reach all major highways very easily and it is very close to my favorite cities.
